Today I walked in to Papa Murphy's on oyster point Avenue in Newport News. Cazz met me at the register and offered me very helpful suggestions for the pizza I needed for a gathering at my house this evening. He was so friendly and helpful without over selling the product. Chris was The employee who made my pizzas. He called me over when he was almost finished so that I could look at the pizzas he was making and make sure they are up to my standards. He did this with a smile on his face and friendly demeanor. The amazing customer service I received from Cazz and Chris will make papa Murphy's a regular stop for pizza for my family.

First time and I did not know what to expect. It was great.
The pizza was really good. Since it was my first time there one of the staff explained everything. He was a very friendly young man named Chris. They were all very friendly actually but Chris seems to really love his job. I don't care for store bought frozen pizzas so this is a really great concept and no waiting 45 minutes and paying extra for delivery. I will definitely be going back.
Nancy and Chris were insanely friendly, nice, enthusiastic and helpful! They deserve a raise no matter how much they make! I will be back and spread the gospel of this place. David
