My husband and I moved to this area about 4 months ago. At first we were not that impressed with Papa Murphy's Pizza. It took a long time to get your order even if you called ahead. However, since Alexis has start managing the store the speed and quality has improved greatly. We are very happy with the service we receive and will continue to frequent this store.

The prep area in back was messy, as were the make tables in the front of the store. None of that is surprising, nor do I fault the store for that, but is just a tad bit off-putting.

Staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining how the product is made. I was very impressed with the quality of the food and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the final product.
I have ordered online from this store before, and consistently had issues with my orders. I am a vegetarian, and almost always order a family size Gourmet Vegetarian pizza on Thin Crust with regular marinara sauce instead of the white sauce. I have had problems with the store employees forgetting the sauce substitution, getting the size wrong, and using the wrong crust type. I once tried to order a medium Cowboy for my son on Thin crust. I was told that the store was out of Thin crust in the size that I wanted, so I had to order a large instead. While I was waiting, however, the next customer ordered a medium Thin crust (rung up by a different employee), and it turns out that there were a lot of of medium Thin crusts available. All of those past experiences aside, my visit last night went rather well. The people were pretty good. I ordered in person, and my order was made correctly the first time. I didn't have to wait long for my food.
good phone appears and being welcomed was a good feeling knowin that they are there for me and not for themselves and my order was ready when they said it would be. Thank you for your services . James edwards
