The concept of "take-n-bake" pizza was invented by Papa Murphy's in 1981. But today, we focus on what has made Papa Murphy's the fifth largest pizza company in the United States and Zagat's #1 Rated Pizza Chain: our commitment to FRESH
I have gone to Papa Murphy's since I used to work there in 2003. Its amazing how the actual quality of the food have changed. I used to love the sauce--for the past xx years, it hasn't been as good as it was "back then." Especially the white sauce. Also just the overall taste of the pizza--maybe it is the crust? These are the things that probably keep me from coming as much as I otherwise would! Also, just a side note about this store in general. NOt related to todays visit. When they are busy, they seem to be super unorganized when handling a rush. for example, instead of just having one person run the register and then creating a assembly line, each person grabs their own ticket and makes their own pizza. It is chaotic and seems to take longer! Just something as a previous employee that I noticed!
please consider including the delite crust in the $5 fave pizza option! It's less product, so it makes sense and it's our go-to!
The service was wonderful.
It was wonderful! I am so happy! I'm definitely coming back
Very good there
In and out in less than 2 minutes. How can that happen? Pre-prepared $5 family size sausage pizza + instant attention and ultra-quick fingers from the staff running my credit card through the doodad. Took me longer to walk to and from my car. That's the way to run a business!
I used a filled-out what I call my "frequent pizza patron" card to get a free pizza ( my fav pepperoni) ... plus I got a $5 sausage pizza ... plus free choc chip cookie dough from previously taking this survey. Wow! Enough food to last my hubby and me for a couple days! Great deal on great food!
Took advantage of a PM offer that arrived by email. $5.99 x 2 for a pair of original crust/2-topping medium-size pizzas. Friendly/quick service. I love PM pizzas ... but can't resist jazzing them up at home with extra onions and grated cheese. Keep doing what you're doing!
The usual excellent service and product. I look for your special offers that offer "original crust" ... which we STRONGLY prefer over thin crust. Question: Why does a pepperoni pizza get lavishly covered (nearly 100% of the pizza area) with pepperoni slices ... but a Canadian bacon pizza get extremely skimpy coverage (maybe 25% of the pizza area)? My pizza this week had just 7 Canadian bacon slices. Is Canadian bacon three or four times as expensive per pound as pepperoni? The cost of a topping is $1.50 regardless of whether I order onions or Canadian bacon ... but I get such a skimpy amount of Canadian bacon that I feel gypped.
