    The store was crowded (with people waiting while their orders were being made and people picking up their phone / online orders) but the two young women working that evening were friendly, polite, and working as fast as they could. I used to go to Papa Murphy's about once a month but haven't been in almost 2 years, so this was my first visit since you remodeled your store and improved your signage. The changes look nice and give the store a modern, clean appearance. I always order your thin crust pizza but continue to be disappointed that the crust never gets crispy in the oven, even though I slide it off the tray as directed and cook the pizza directly on my oven rack. I leave it in far longer than you specify and still the crust is just barely cooked -- except for the edges, which brown and then burn while the rest of the crust remains very underdone and not at all crispy. I've increased my oven temperature and changed which rack I put the pizza on, but I still can't get your crust to cook properly. So while I love your fresh ingredients, I won't be back very often because I dislike a soft, soggy crust.
