The concept of "take-n-bake" pizza was invented by Papa Murphy's in 1981. But today, we focus on what has made Papa Murphy's the fifth largest pizza company in the United States and Zagat's #1 Rated Pizza Chain: our commitment to FRESH

This experience, and every other, has been a bit of a pampering experience in that the young men working there are so polite and professional. Customer satisfaction is top priority as they ensure that the pizza ingrediants are just as i ordered and like them (Is that ok on the onions? Do you want more sauce?, etc... When I've asked for double ingredients.) This past visit, I think the man who took my order thought I said "pepperoni on half" when I said "pepperoni on top"...the young man making my pizza began putting them on before the veggies and when I brought to his attention after he had almost covered pizza, he simply took them off and began with veggies...no frustration or comments...all professional. Later he then put them on top but on half the pizza. I didn't say a word bc I understood then that it may have been my error initially that caused the miscommunication. All the while, the young man is ensuring with care that my special made to order pizza is everything I want it to be. I left there last night with such a good feeling that examples as these young men (quiet, kind, and focused on service) that I almost called the store to talk with a manger to compliment them. But...i decided that maybe this mode of praise might go further as they are probably humble too and wouldn't mention being praised :). Thank you!
