    This was our first visit and we will definitely be back! The staff were all friendly and helpful and the pizza was delicious! My daughter with special needs loved watching it being made!

    Service was efficient, fast, and friendly. This was my first visit to a Papa Murphy's and they explained everything to me, including the baking instructions - which were also enclosed with the pizza. The pizza was delicious and I thought the amount of toppings was excellent. The crust was great - chewy yet crispy on the bottom. I will definitely be back.

    The only reason I gave a 5 star is because of your ONE employee (Sloan Lister) that was working his ***** off on Super Bowl Sunday. I felt like I should have given a 1 star overall but I wouldn't want to get Sloan in trouble because it was definitely not his fault that it took forever to get the pizza. He is the assistant manager there and had a line out the door the entire time I was there with the phones ringing off the hook and online orders coming through faster than anyone could keep up with. He had no one to help prep the veggies, dough, or meats that were running out quickly and no one to help take extra orders or even ring up the customers. Sloan kept a positive attitude and kept the customers calm and happy even though I waited for about 30-45 mins after my pick up time. This is terrible management on the part of the store manager, the general manager and the franchise owner. He tried to call for help but couldn't get a hold of anyone. I understand that employees call in but that's when upper management needs to step up and fill in to help cover ESPECIALLY ON SUPER BOWL SUNDAY or any holiday. Stop trying to save a dollar by not having your stores fully staffed. That's terrible for your customer service and terrible for retaining your good, hard working employees like Sloan who was left doing the work of at least 5 people for $10/hr and no benefits while the big dogs get all the benefits. If you had more employees, you could take on more business and make your employees/customers happier. Sloan Lister deserves a promotion for the way he handled the store alone today.

    My “Host” was Richard, # 106. He was very friendly and helpful. Definitely an asset to your company.
