I almost hate to say this because the young man who took care of me is such a pleasure to deal with. I almost always order online and prepay for my pizza but this time I called this one in. When he saw that it was me he knew which one to grab and then handed it to me. I asked him jokingly if he was paying. He quickly apologized. Again, I hate to bring it up but my father has been in fast food industry for 30+ yrs and you don't continue in business if customers don't pay. One last thing to make clear.....it was an honest mistake! Favorite pizza and restaurant!

Sometimes the dough on the bottom doesn't bake well. I have to take it off the pan you provide and let it stay in a few more minutes. You might look into putting perforated holes in it
