Computer/internet connection was very slow. Associate was very apologetic and concerned how long the transaction was taking. I was not in a hurry and tried to reassure him it was ok. He went on to say he was also concerned about later if it was still taking this long. I hope none of his customers complained. He was doing the best he could under the circumstances.
