This location is always great at quickly having your order correct, however for some reason the are reluctant to accept coupons. You are almost made to feel like you are doing something wrong when you use a promo or coupon.

You had a wonder front counter person, Kaylee, who greeted us and confirmed our order before we left.

I had ordered on line at 1:00 to pick up at 5:00. When I got there one employee near door I walked into at the front, said welcome to Papa Murphy's. Because it was crowded, I stood in line for quite a while as others paid for the pizza or ordered. Finally, when I got to the register, the employee at the register said, if you've already paid for it, you need to pick it up at the front. So then I wait behind several people, who I thought were in line to pick up pizzas at the front, but they were waiting for their pizzas to be made, so finally made it back to the front of the shop, near the door I had first started and the employee who welcomed me, who asked me for my last name, and finally got the pizzas. All this confusion and wait time could have been avoided with one simple statement: If, after welcoming me, he would have followed up with a simple statement like: If you have already paid for your pizza, you can pick it up here, if not you can pay for it at the cash register.
