This store does a great job.
Such cheerful people! When buying Papa Murphy's, I almost always go to this store. When ordering, I remember the woman saying her name was Melanie - how courteous.... Even when I called back within two minutes of my first call to ask a questions about an ingredient. Then when picking it up, the gentleman was equally as friendly! For once, I just couldn't resist completing this survey. LZ
I called my order in and only suggest that the representative at the store ask about crust before finalizing order. I always get thin crust and assume that is the standard. When I arrived the gal was courteous and graciously read by pizza with thin crust! Great customer service.
Everything is fine about this store & chain!
I noticed that at the store on Hover St. in Longmont CO. that the staff has been trained to take the crust out of the refrigerator and pull up on the outer edge of the crust all around the pizza before applying the cheese. I have not seen this done at this store. Don't know if it standard practice or just a touch implemented by the management of the Longmont store. Just passing it on.
Your pizzas are always good and ready when we arrive. This time was the same as it was ready when I walked in the door and it was a great way to enhance the Super Bowl.
