The only thing that I minded while I was here was that the hostess said we needed to wait 30 minutes to be seated because she thought all the reservations would be coming in in 20 minutes.
The servers were amazing. They brought the food in a timely fashion and with the best personalities. However the hostess (Sophia) was quite rude andrew made us wait even though we had a reservation and they did not. Then she watched us as we ate with a smirk on her face. It was very rude and unprofessional.
The timing of the food and waiting time we waited. Also the salad. Also my drink being refilled. I think the salad was the worst part. VERY LITTLE
Came here for my 19th birthday. Ashley was a fabulous server. :)
Anthony seem to be in training and doing a great job. Very engaging and was not awkward when preparing our foods. Very great job!!!!
Our overall experience was great. The restaurant pricing is a bit more than I would care to spend on typical meal out, but it is definitely reasonable for special occasions. The Mother's Day Special is great, and I think is a very good value vs. the regular pricing of the menu. Our service was absolutely perfect. Even though our server Tierney was very busy with a lot of tables, she took the time to answer any questions we had, and never came off as rushed or stressed. Big kudos to her for a job perfectly done :)
The only real problem we had was that it took about a half hour before a waitress acknowledged our table. This is not typical of our experiences there. Also our waitress misunderstood the cash that we put for payment and charged it all on our debit card. Otherwise the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the food was high quality. This was an enjoyable experience for Mother's Day, and a greta first time fondue experience for our kids.
    1. Cheese fondue was good just dissapointed there was no chips. Ever time I have gone with friends and family there are chips. Maybe bring that back? 2. Don't serve frozen chicken. It takes a lot longer to cook and you the last one eating and everyone is waiting for you. Then maybe also have the pots come out to you nice and warm not cold then heat up because it took twice as long to cook the product.
Our waitress McKenzie was extremely knowledgeable with the fondue process
Evan was a great server, along with his trainee. The drinks Jake made were delectable. Kevin was the manager this evening and he gave superb service. Had a grrreat evening.
