The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

Our waitress was super nice and explained things very well.
The wait for our table was kinda long. I would cut down the wait time but it was worth it. We asked for more strawberries and bananas but the server only brought back 4 of each (there were 5 in our party). Still very good and worth it! Super good service otherwise!
The food came out quickly and our server was great. Very friendly and polite
The hostess was snotty even though we called ahead and there was only two tables occupied, ridiculous wait time to even get a server. Salad was bland
Our experience was really great. Our server, Sam, took great care of us and always made sure we had enough dippers. We always had water and Sam explained everything very clearly. I marked I might return because of the price of a whole 4 course meal. I will return for a dessert definitely but maybe not for many whole meals.
Pure Chocolate - Dark, came out cold, and takes a while to warm up. It would be nice if it was brought to the table warm, so it would heat up faster. Also, we ask for just fruit for dipping. We have to repeatedly ask for more in order to use up all the chocolate. It would be nice if larger 2nd servings could be brought.

The waiy staff didn't guide the experience. If we had never been here before we would have been clueless - no explaination about anything. We were seated in a noisy area near the bar and then they proceeded to sit every family with loud kids in this tiny section. We had reservations - we informed them it was oir anniversary. This was the worst experience we've had here, we expected a great night out but ended up being so dissapointed we didn't even do chocolate- we left and went elsewhere for dessert.
Overall, with the exception of the hostess, our trip was superb. Sara paid great attention to our table, our needs, our wants, etc. Matt introduced himself as the owner and even made mention on my son's birthday. The only thing I would give a not positive was the hostess' manner. As she is the "face" of the restaurant when we first came in, she could've smiled or even acted like she cared that we were there. She was the only non positive that I'd give this experience. Although, on the way out, the hostess did thank us for coming and wished my son a Happy Birthday. Yet, for the first contact, she could've smiled when we walked in.
Waiting over 45 minutes to get our drinks, a beer and bomb pop drink. When drinks came the beer was warm and bomb pop was melted. We were told the bar manager walked out that night. Drinks should have been free then. Cheese, as stated earlier, was left for us to handle while the new pot was starting its boil. The length of time between cheese, entree, and chocolate was too long. Very short staffed. We have had amazing experiences and after this one we wont be back. We live on a tight budget and when your meal for two is over $100 you expect good service. No one went out of their way to make the situation better. We asked to subsitute the salads for the cheesecake. We only received one cheesecake, should have been two! Im not sure how the Melting Pot will stay open if this is the service they deliver.
