The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

    1. The time between courses was WAY to slow. 2. The cook plate at our table kept turning off, we were asked to look under the table at the wiring ourselves, turn our cell phones on as lights to look at the duct tape holding the wiring out of our leg area and then we were asked to get out of our seat so that our server could look also. This was unacceptable and we should have been moved to another table or received some money off our our order for the inconvenience. . Very unprofessional. 3. Due to the 3% surcharge (and the reasons behind it) I will not be returning to the Melting Pot.
The only thing I would improve would be to have the courses a little farther spread, or maybe we just ate super fast! Either way, I wouldn't change much of anything!
The time was very long between courses. We didn't come in on a very busy night so it felt unwarranted.
The first courses came out very quickly, but service slowed significantly during the entree portion. By the time our server came to get our chocolate selection, our drinks had been empty for some time. We ordered another round at that time which came out just before we finished our entree, but it was about 15 minutes before that course was cleared. When our server brought the chocolate course, my husband ordered a coffee to accompany it, but she never returned with it. By the time we finished the chocolate, we ended up having to turn off the burner as the chocolate was starting to scorch, yet we still waited a while after that point before we were able to get the check. We enjoyed the special Mother's Day Menu and it probably helped significantly with keeping things running smoothly, but we weren't able to find dietary information on that handout. It also listed the specialty cocktails and a few specialty non-alcoholic drinks, but we had to ask for available beer selections and those were only read off to us, as there was not a printed list outside of the regular menu. We also weren't asked to choose a cooking style and weren't sure if the other broths were just not available for this limited menu. All in all, we enjoyed our meal, but I'll probably avoid specialty events like this in the future.
Both Shore and Erin were attentive and friendly. They made our night wonderful.
Server initially very friendly but when she became busy the service declined. Drink and food refills became non existent unless asked for. The check was rushed at the end which made for an unpleasant ending to our night out. Overall good experience but for the price I expect better.
Michael was very friendly and kind. He kept everything refilled and was around just enough without being intrusive. He was excellent!
Everything started out great. Then after the cheese our server disappeared. We had go wait 20 minutes to get started on our main course. It made us feel like we had been forgotten about.
We prefer more time between courses. We always have to slow the waiter down.
