The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

Included in previous comment. Our waitress was exceptional, and we felt all our needs and wants were taken care of without even asking.
We didn't like having so many different servers and if we could have chosen we would choose Ben over and over again.
Our waiter was awesome: helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. This is the best Melting Pot I've been to out of three. Another wonderful experience! Thank you!
Gavin was an awesome server, and I had a great birthday here!
We were only offered two choices of wine - though that may have been because of the gift package we were using. In the end, we both enjoyed the selection. It was a wonderful dinner.
The service was very good, the food was good - Finding the resteraunt as we came from the Parkade was a bit difficult however especially since I use a wheelchair and not knowing where I could get an elevator was a bit of a problem. Also, the staff was very helpful looking into an issue with where we parked and after hours access.
Mike Hubbard was the best, truly knowledgeable, we've never been there before, and he completely explained everything!! We ordered the 4 course menu, and Mike explained it with such detail!! We were so excited for this experience!! Thank you Mike Hubbard!!
When we arrived we were greeted by a hostess who was very friendly. Our table had been set up with rose petals and we got some chocolate covered strawberries. our server Gavin was wonderful and helped us out with choosing everything and gave us some great recommendactions which we did end up using to select our meals. Overall great experience!
After being seated I told the waiter that I have Celiac disease and would need my own pot. He refused at first and stated that my companions could wait to cook there food until I was done or that they could also eat gluten free food. I unfortunately had to be very assertive with him, my companions should not have to do either. He stated it was a fire hazard to have two pots on the same burner. Instead of changing us to a table that had two burners he just got frustrated and let us have two pots for the cheese course and the deserts course. For the meat however he only brought the one pot so my friends did have to wait until I had cooked everything before they could start eating. He asked if we were paying together or separately, we told him separate bills. He brought it back as a single check. We had to have him go back and separate it. My friends bills were incorrectly charged for their drinks. This was pointed out to the waiter, he took their bills back to fix however when he brought them back they were not fixed so my friends just signed it and we left.
My only complaint was the wait. We had a 6:00 pm reservation, which we confirmed earlier in the day. We were not seated until 6:35, and our server came to offer us drinks about 5-10 minutes after that-which I don't believe was her fault. During our wait in the lobby, no one offered to get us a drink, or make our wait more palatable-all we heard was how short staffed the restaurant was-excuses, but no positive service to make our wait more endurable. Everyone was kind, but the wait could have been handled better.
