The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the courses, and recommended what portions to try with each sauce. Jacob also went out of his way to bring us an anniversary plate with our dessert course. Melting Pot has exceptional service, and knowledge of they're products, and go out of their way to make your evening special.
Timeliness of food. Prices were very high. We felt that the quality was not as great. We also were waiting a while for some items that we ordered.

Gavin was splendid. His cheerfulness, in spite of being the only visible server, stood out the most to us. Whereas I would have expected nerves, he was all poise and grace. He was spot on with our order, and our glasses were never empty. Staff quality determines whether I will return to a restaurant, and Gavin ensured that I will be back here.
La’Marr was extremely polite and helpful. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain everything to us as we had both never dined here!

Overall, a very great dinning experience. As I said, figure out how to accomadate people who might be vegetarian or gluten intolerant so they can get the full experience, too. We did run out of chocolate before all our food was gone, so more chocolate might be good A timer at the table to time our cooking would be nice.

Shannon L was an amazing waitress.
I have never had worse service in my life. There were 7 adults and one child. We were not brought silverware so we ended up having to share between the 3 that happened to be on the table. We asked for waters multiple times and did not get them. After our first round of drinks, we were never offered refills or another drink. When we flagged down our server, to order more drinks, they still did not come. Time between courses were painfully too long (especially without a drink). It should not take 4 hours to go through the courses. After waiting over 45 minutes for our main course and another round of drinks, we asked to speak with the manager. An owner came to our table and was nice enough to bring us all another drink and our main course. But still no silverware so we were all sharing skewers rather than having our own. She returned and offered to bring out our chocolate, except our original server didn't explain any of the options nor take our order for it. Our table was finally cleared from all the empty glasses and dishes for the first time (salad, cheese dip, main entree and multiple empty drink glasses). After our chocolate, once again, our server was no where to be seen nor was the owner. We waited for 20 minutes until we finally went to find our server to ask for the bill. In another 20 minutes, he brought it to us. So yes, we couldn't even pay for this terrible service in a timely manner. The owner did comp one round of drinks for us, but we likely would have ordered much more if we had the chance and service to do so. I really don't know if it was this servers first night, but it was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant and also handled extremely poorly. I can not say I am inclined to return, nor is any of my party.
