The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

Our server was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and guided us very honestly while making our choices. When first looking at the menu we felt overwhelmed, but she helped us navigate it with ease and we loved the experience. The closing manager also came up and introduced himself during our meal, and he seemed very genuine and kind as well. Overall it was excellent service.
Cheese fondue was lacking salt. Can't imagine how cheese meal can do that. Didn't like the idea of the main course. I am not a beef fan anyway but boiled beef is nothing. If I go again (doubtfully) I will order a big salad, because it was great and tasty and a chocolate fondue. And the same server. He actually made our experience much better than it was.
Our waiter was very friendly and explained everything to us with great detail and positive attitude
Our server was amazing, was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Nothing other than what I already stated :-)
    love the cheese fondue
Terrible Wait Staff, several leaned on the bar having social night while we were waiting over an hour for our entree platter. Re-Training is definitely needed. Food only okay also was not given great instructions on cooking it.
The dinning experience was very nice. The food was great, as were the drinks. The main issue that occurred had to do with parking and is the main reason why I would probably not return to this particular location. Upon arriving to the melting pot, the group I was with turned into the parking area where there was a sign clearly showing "public parking". Halfway down to the parking garage, a man knocked on our window and said this was valet parking only. We explained there were no signs and he persisted in saying this was valet parking only. The man was very rude and left us feeling as if we had no choice but to get out of the car to let him park. When we entered the restaurant, we let the hostess know what occurred and asked if there were really people there to valet. She was able to confirm there is a company that valet parks for the parking garage below. Again, there were NO signs indicating valet parking, only a sign for "public parking". Upon exiting the restaurant, we gave the valet attendant our parking voucher. When he arrived with the car, he than said there was a parking fee. This took us by surprise. Typically with Valet parking services, there is no "base" fee, you pay valet by tips only. Had we known there was a flat fee, which the man NEVER told us when he so rudely knocked on our window, we would have tried to find street parking or go to another parking garage. Reluctantly, we paid the fee. We did however, go back into the restaurant and let the manager know of our experience. Although the food was great, when I tell people about my experience, I will also inform them of what occurred with the parking. I will advise people to park elsewhere as well as advise them to go to a different location where parking is easier to navigate and where you don't feel conned into using a parking service.
Our server, ALEXI, provided exceptional service. We eat out, on average, once a week at a variety of restaurants. Rarely have we had such a high quality of service. He was sensitive to our needs and took the time to explain our choices to us. We never felt rushed.
It was very good but the meat was tough and hard to chew.
