The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

The dinner was our best experience at the Melting Pot in recent times. We had fun, weren't too rushed, the meal was pretty well paced, and our server was professional and fun to be around. Only things that could have been improved was a 2nd glass of wine with dinner, a bit more cheese for the fondue, and a little better cut of meat.

Cade our server was incredible, very polite, personable , and attentive . We also spoke and interacted with Kylie , Adam, Pat and Cade . All of them were so sweet and are a huge asset to your restaurant, it's not often you find so many nice younger people in the same place ! Thank you for assembling this incredible team / experience, we loved it !
For first time customers the menu and included instructions are quite confusing. It was not clear exactly what was included in the various course options and how the pricing works for larger parties. We were a group of 7, which I'm sure complicates things, but I find it difficult to tell exactly what we were being charged for and if that would be a good value for our expense. Overall, I was still satisfied with the experience and looking forward to returning for other special occasions.
Our server Tino was friendly, professional and very attentive to us throughout our visit. He ensured our experience was Amazing.
They are really good at preparing the cheese. The knowledge ad how different cheeses are prepared gave me special insight into how I should be enjoying cheese in the future and maybe how to better do it by myself at home! It's all about matching. Different ingredients together can make a total difference!
Wait between salad course and entree course was quite long.
Do not rush the table. I came there to enjoy myself not be rushed. Server asked if were done several times while food was still cooking. The check came as desert was prepared. The server eventually didn't even come back and other people were just grabbing stuff off the table. Last glass of wine was sat on other side of table where had to get up to get it. Service declined and with the food quality the worst visit for the money paid. Doubt will seek out fondue in the future.
Although I went during Seattle Restaurant Week, I believe the service was fairly slow. From being sat down until finish, the dinner took around 2.5 hours. There was a lot of wait time between courses. It also took a while for water/beverages to be refilled. Throughout the 2.5 hours, beverages were only refilled once. Again, I understand that I went during an extremely busy time (SRW), but I thought the service could have been better.
