Andrew was awesome!!!! He was friendly and very helpful.
Have the waiter get more help if they are training someone & offer a vegan cheese option.
Our server was fantastic and was super knowledgeable about the experience and really seemed to love what she was doing. She was friendly and spoke kindly, but also didn't linger beyond what was comfortable. We really couldn't have asked for a better server and hope to find people just like her in the future at other restaurants.
    Everyone was exceptional
Staff was very nice! Gave my daughter a nice birthday plate after dinner.
Camden has provided friendly and exceptional service. Enjoyed our visit. Will definitely come to the restaurant again!
The hostess was inviting and great to chat with while we waited for our table. The waitress we had was fantastic as well. She was fun, personable and friendly. The staff are impeccable, no doubt about that. The only improvement I would say would be the freshness of the food and quantity.
Mario, a key manager at Bellevue, will be sorely missed. Not only does he go above and beyond his abilities as key, he puts up with an enormous amount of ***** having to comp things and apologizing for it. Also- sorry about the 3%, everyone- Lane would like to buy a new yacht.
This was for my birthday and it was very memorable. I didn't think I would like cheese fondue but it was great. We were scraping the bowl for every morsel. The food is awesome and the deserts are to die for. Great service and food are never cheap but this was worth every penny.
My husband and I hadn’t been out in over a year alone, so we were excited to go to melting pot. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by one hostess and completely ignored by another. The nice server asked the other about where we were suppose to sit, and she replied with,”sit them in a different area, they’ll get done faster that way” we were seated between 2 families. One family was constantly taking pictures, standing up, and jumping on the bench seat so hard that it was shaking me. It’s not romantic to have someone’s but right in your face, and the shine of their flash going off literally every minute. Aiden was a great server. He was kind, attentive, and very hard working. The cheese fondue was great! The salad was ehhh. The meat was so unevenly cut that sometimes they were overdone, and sometimes raw. By the time we got to the chocolate, my husband and I were so annoyed that we didn’t eat much of it. The bar had run out of the ipa my husband ordered, and when asked for a bud light, he was told that they were still chilling and needed to wait. While maybe one or two of these things we could turn a blind eye to, the accumulation of all of it made for a horrible date night and we will not be returning. What a shame, since we use to love going there.
