Or server was great, we come here often so the discussion that the servers have to say about the sauce and the items get kind of boring but he kept it short beocouse he could tell that we already knew about them, we come here for the food and atmosphere it is nice and quite here without people sitting next to you this was our 13 wedding anaversury.
I will say i was very pleased that though I doubted if it would be read, on my reservation I requested a more private seating, to complete our anniversaries Atmosphere. I was pleasantly suprised that it was read and taken into consideration as we were taken to a back table in a very private little hallway. The only thing i might suggest is adding a spot on the menu that describes some of the cheeses. Many of the cheeses named are unknown to alot of people and i think it may help people try more of the different dishes.
Our server Brittany was wonderful, and rarer still, she was well versed in opening and pouring a bottle of wine. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and each course as it came out. A very professional young lady and certainly an asset to the restaurant. The only thing that could have been better was not having the young children at the next table. I know people want to share an experience like Fondue with their family, but the meal process is long, and they get tired, bored, and quickly become disruptive.
New Years Eve menu was very good; waiting time was unexpected - this was the first time we had to wait to be seated (about 20-25 minutes); cheese with bacon fondue was excellent; meat and scallops fondue was very good as always but we passed on the ravioli; could maybe have a different selection of dipping items for dark chocolate fondue
Our waitress was very friendly and explained everything to us. Wouldn't mind having her again! Never saw a manager. Of course my favorite was the dark choc. with the fruit! My least favorite was the cheese, but it was still good. We will be back again and tell our family and friends about your restaurant!!
The wait between salad and entree was too long. Much longer than thatn what we've experienced in the past.
We celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary. Our server Rowan was very helpful in making choices.
Only thing I would suggest is leave a pot of water on the table. Possibly a little less turnover time in between courses. Overall excellent experience!
The prices are high, but we knew that. A refill when chocolate ran out for a table of 4 would have been appreciated.
The price for the amount of food is a bit high. If it was a little lower I would come much more often.
