You could not have done better! We had a great time and will be back soon!
Oh I mentioned my improvement in the prviousbox. Everything was really good.
Nothing really. In fact, at one point our server got busy with other diners (which happens at any restaurant) and the manager Bryan stepped in seamlessly and took our order for the next course. Everything worked great. This restaurant is very well run.
Everything is always excellent. We only wish it were more affordable. You should also consider bringing back the gorgonzola bacon cheese and adding the green goddess stuffed mushrooms as a kitchen appetizer so its not necessary to use the oil cooking style for every entrée.
Our server was wonderfully attentive and paid close attention to the reason we were dining tonight. She made our anniversary all the more special. Thank you so much for contributing to a wonderful night.
The server was a little bit slow and checking to make sure that we weren't waiting for food or drinks. Overall the experience was great and the atmosphere was unbeatable. I really liked how the manager visited our table to check on the service and they even validated 9 dollars of our parking fee in the parking garage.
Cheesecake was part of the dipping now it's only an "upgraded" part of the chocolate, and it's the cheesecake of the day, which when we went was red velvet (not my favorite), really disappointed it's no longer just standard. Also white chocolate fondue is no longer in the menu (bc white and dark chocolate isn't the same thing for us white chocolate fans).
    Great service
We ordered 3 entrees to share and the portions were comical at best. For $20 we got 4 tiny pieces of steak, for $15 we got 2 potstickers, and 5 shrimp for $18 (think this was the price). I am not sure if our server was upset because there were some young kids at the table who it didn't make sense to order for or that we weren't doing the full 4 course option, but we left hungry. The dessert portions were nice and the cheese was fine. We came for my daughter's 5th birthday (all she wanted) and this is the first time that the dessert did not even allow for anything to make the birthday person feel special. Though this seems silly, you typically have the server say thank you and drop off mints which didn't happen. I had to grab one myself as I left the restaurant. I never leave bad reviews, but for the price you pay for this restaurant and how special this could have been we were definitely underwhelmed.
Jeremy's service was phenomenal! The explanation of the Melting Pot experience was enticing! Jeremy did a great job and made the experience unforgettable!! My visit to The Melting Pot was a great addition to my birthday celebration!! Thank you Jeremy for a great evening!!
