When calling to book the appointment with Melting Pot, it was an easy process and i was able to get the time and date needed for the occasion. Also, they had roses on the table for us when we got there. We were celebrating our 3 years of marriage.
    Food was not worth price
I had the honor of meeting a great bubbly girl named Taryn. She was interested in everything we had to say and had a smile on her face the whole time. She was such a delight to talk to and made me feel welcomed and like i could trust in her to take great care of us.
Abigail was the perfect server. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We have visited the Melting Pot about ten times, and it is always the perfect night out! Thank you for maintaining outstanding customer service, phenomenal food, and an atmosphere that is perfect for just about any occasion. Thank you!
Server was amazing and patient, my kids weren’t the most behaved tonight and the servers were always accommodating to my crazy kids
The host sat us and brought our wine to our table. From entering and wishing us a Happy Anniversary (we had a reservation) to when we left and he remembered us and wished us again a Happy Anniversary felt so personal. Our server Tess was great and personable, having conversations with us about several different things and providing great menu recommendations. The manager came by our table as well to check on us and was very kind.
Tina was working the bar and our server. She worked so hard to make sure our experience was perfect, while still tending bar. It was actually fun to watch her mix drinks while we ate and between courses. Devin was great too. They seem to make a good team.
We enjoyed our experience. We loved the cheese and dessert, but felt like the meat could’ve been better.
We were extremely happy and full by the end.
This last visit was great because we were out of there fairly quickly - 1 1/2 hours. We have been to this location before where the entire meal has literally taken 3 hours, which I don't care for. Possibly the worst part of our experience on our last visit was the valet service. We pulled up 5 minutes before our reservation, and stood outside waiting for a valet to appear for 10 minutes. I went inside to let them know we were here for our reservation and to inquire about the valet. Went back outside and the valet finally showed up 5 minutes later. After dinner, we went to collect our car, and again, no valet in sight. We shivered for 10 minutes and I walked back in again to ask about the valet. I don't know if he saw me, but he walked up to me and walked outside with me. I gave him the $8.00 fee plus tip, and it turned out my car was parked two spaces in front of the valet stand on the street - we could have walked to it ourselves. Our server was great.
