Joshua, our server was extremely professional, prompt, attentive and upbeat! The manager made sure we were settled and came back to check on us before we left. It was a great experience!
I was there on ***** at 2:00, can't remember the 2 waiters names but they were excellent. We had about 25 to 27 people and they handled us, without making any mistakes on our tickets, with grace and no urgency. I was very impressed and pleased.
Our waiter was Trey and he was excellent! He provided exceptional service and was kind and attentive the entire evening. We had a wonderful date night and it was in large part to his service!
Either do a better job of scheduling your reservations or build a bigger waiting area. PLEASE train the front staff to remain gracious when guests ARE FORCED TO WAIT AN HOUR FOR A TABLE. It will be a long time before we return in hopes that there is better management in the future.
We had a reservation at 130 for mother's day lunch, when we arrived we were told 15 minutes, then it was another 25 minutes, than another 20 minutes. We were sat an hour AFTER our time in a booth for 4 when we had 5 people, 1 of which is 7 months pregnant and was told it would be an additional 30 minutes if we wanted another table. It then took 30 minutes for the first course to come out. Cheese was burning in the bottom of the pot by the time salads came out. Overall we were there for 3 hours and 45 minutes, spent $250 and completely annoyed by the experience. We tend to visit once every few months and it has progressively gotten worse, and nothing new on the menu.
We had reservations for 1:45pm. I checked in at 1:35pm and told our table would be about 5 minutes late. I checked back at 1:50 and was told it would be more of a wait but wasn't given an estimate of time. Was told that there were still 1:30 reservations who had to be seated. Checked back again at 2:15 (half an hour after our reservation time) and told still not ready and hostess didn't know how long it would take. She seemed frustrated that I had checked back in. Finally seated after 2:30 - so over 45 minutes after our reservation. I understand that it was Mother's Day - a busy holiday - but y'all have been in business for a long time - you should know how to accurately predict seating times at this point. Don't allow so many reservations if you aren't able to accomodate them. Also, I would have expected a manager to personally meet us and apologize for the delay when it's so far over our reservation time. I would have also appreciated a token of apology - a free upgrade to our dessert for instance. Nothing was offered. Our wait times between courses was also longer than usual. Again, I understand it was a busy holiday, but our waiter seemed overwhelmed with his tables so obviously staffing was not adequate.
The only real problem with the meal was how long it took, but we went on Mother's Day so I understand it was a very busy day. We made reservations prior at 6:15 and got there around 6:00. We weren't seated until 6:40ish and there were a couple of lulls between each course and we finished our meal around 9. The server was amazing and never failed to bring us anything we needed. Just want to be clear, this is only if I HAD to make a complaint, but even then, we still had an great time and experience.
Everything was perfect. The setting, the food, and the staff are so enthusiastic. We loved our waiter, he was so funny!
Leston is a great server. He was detailed in explaining the process, very humorous and enjoyable. He made This graduation experience so awesome. Especially, by sending out a plate of dessert with a candle. Thank you, Les! #goCoogs
