The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

Use fresh produce. For the price i expect the same quality produce that i use at home. Regarding speed of service, it was extremely frustrating when our server would disappear for many minutes at a time. Maybe the restaurant is understaffed. The final thing that was frustrating was when it took over 10 minutes after i had already given my credit card. Loved the server but the long wait times in between and slow service ruined the experience.
I wish we could remember our waiters name but he was full of great energy
Sausages need to be more flavorful and not tough to eat. Lobster need to fresh.
Our server, Nick, went above and beyond to insure we had a great date night! Courteous, patient and funny!
No real way to improve in my mind.
The waiter was wonderful. All was good except the cheese fondue. It was truly too salty to eat. Not sure if extra salt was added accidentally. I am not one to ever say something is too salty.
Nick was an exceptional server. He was very friendly and funny but was also very cognizant of when to leave us alone. He was very helpful in describing the process and made the night even better.
First off we arrived early, yet were seated 15 minutes after our reservation time. We then waiting an additional 10 minutes before anyone came to the table, the bus boy who brought water. Another 10 minutes went by before our waiter came to the table and he quickly read the ENTIRE menu to us. This would have been helpful except for the fact that since we had been sitting there for 20 minutes, we already had time to read everything... so basically he was just waisting more time. The total meal time was 3 HOURS! Which was waaaay too long. Everything was beyond slow and at no point did it seem like any manager, or anyone for that matter, was trying to help out to make things run smoother or quicker. Overall the experience was very disappointing, especially since we were treating our friends for their birthday and had been raving about The Melting Pot to them. They had never been before. Needless to say, I'm not sure any of us will go back. Very disappointing.
be specific on how the kitchen n front door operate,
The experience was fantastic and I don't have any complaints. I'd be there a couple of times month if I could afford it.
