    Daniel took great care of our table. He was so kind and patient while we made our selections for the dining experience. I am so delighted with the Gatlinburg location and the staff. There were so many kind people. The bartender helped explain some special beers too.

    Excellent food, I enjoy the intimate setting of the restaurant and the time the server spends makes it as though we were the only customers in the restaurant. As always the food was excellent from the cheese to the chocolate selections

    Our waitress wasn't friendly, we had to beg for more veggies, we had to ask 3 times about our parking reimbursement and she still brought the check without having removed and was rude that we even kept bringing it up. We waited sooooooo long to even get the chocolate menu we were all about to fall asleep at the table so we left without the choc. which is the best part. I still left a 15% tip which she didn't deserve and as we were leaving she was at the hostess stand whispering with the hostess and neither said one word as we were leaving. It was so rude so I said very loudly, "thank you for visiting the melting pot" and they both just giggled. Jennifer is better suited for the moonshine bar down the road. Not the melting pot.

    On an incredibly busy night in Gatlinburg we called to try and get a reservation to celebrate my husbands birthday. They were completely booked up but chris managed to squeeze us in when he could have easily just told us no. When we arrived they were very busy but at no time did anyone make us feel rushed or a nuisance. This is why I will always recommend this place. From the managers understanding to the service we received from start to finish. Thank you so much!!

    Growing up I always wanted to come to a melting pot. While on my honeymoon we had an incredible time. The service was on point and the 4 course meal in such a romantic setting completed the night. We are going to become regulars at the Orlando Melting Pot after this experience.
