The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

See comments before. Yasir is top notch!
Don't tell people who are paying for an expensive meal that they have to split a pretzel four ways- it was tacky. Fill the drinks before they are empty, especially when people could burn their mouths on the food. If a child spills his or her drink, offer to replace it at no charge for the parents.
I don’t think you could improve, my husband and I had the best experience. The wait staff went above to make our experience and celebration a night to remember
Ashton was great and took our humor and silliness in pride.
    Aaron was a awesome Waiter!!
Timothy was wonderful, friendly, and an excellent cook. He was lively and energetic, brought a very positive energy to our table. He prepared everything and explained in detail what he was adding to our fondue. He reacted fast and gave refills before the drinks even finished. He was one of the best waiters I’ve had.
Overall we had a very nice evening, our server was very friendly and helpful and we did not feel rushed though the courses. As it was our first time our sever was very helpful in explaining the menu, which I found to be a little confusing.
I think the first thing to notice about the Harrisburg location is the cleanliness. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything dirty in the years we’ve been coming there. Jennifer, the manager stopped by and was very kind to my shy 5 year old. We had a great evening and will definitely return.
It was my birthday. I talked the other 3 into going there, me being the only one that was there before. Our reservations were for 6:30 and we left there at 10. We had other plans that surely didn't happen. It took forever. Every time our waiter said he would be right back, it was nothing short of 30 minutes and up. For every single step of the way. No dinner should take 3 1/2 hours unless its by choice and that it was not. I had other plans for my birthday. Our waiter was very friendly and we liked him but the timing was terrible.
It took 2. 5 hours from start to finish for 2 people. We have been to Melting Pots numerous times & have never spent that much time for our meal. Especially when it wasn't extremely busy.
