Sydney was so accommodating and sweet
Jake was fantastic as a server! He gave us awesome details about the menu, and helped the new people understand how to cook all the food! We will definitely be back!
Our server, Lexi, is an outstanding representative of the Melting Pot. She is knowledgeable, friendly and very professional; Lexi is the best!
It seemed like Cali was the only server at the time, so the service was a little slow to start. She made up for it with her positive attitude!
Allowing us to sit in a secluded table being it was a birthday celebration for myself. It was uncomfortable sitting right by the front door in a both across from one another in a restaurant setting as the melting pot
I think it was very well designed! Maybe you can visit the table a little bit more but overall it was very good! The training of the waitress was very cool to watch and expierence how good the new workers fondue making skills are! 10/10 would come back as soon as possible!
Fantastic!!! Thank you so much for a great birthday dinner!!!
I wouldn't change a thing except to say that I didn't expect it to take that long. so I would have gone earlier. but I enjoyed myself.
We are a regular and have been coming to the Bethlehem Melting Pot 4-5 times a year for the last several years. Last night was very disappointing. The service was friendly, but very slow. As an example, we had to wait 15 minute for the dirty dishes from our entree to be cleared from the table after we were done. It was 30 minutes from the time we were done with our entree before our dessert arrived. I had to go the hostess stand to ask for our check because the server was nowhere in sight. When it came, I was charged for 2 bottled waters even though the restaurant ran out and it was never served. (What restaurant in this price range runs out of bottled water????). Then it took another 10 minutes to get the check corrected. As a regular customer, all of this we could forgive as we know it's not usual. However, the quality of the entree meat was terrible. I had the most fatty, disgusting piece of filet mignon served to me. (I would have complained, but neither the server or management was anywhere in sight.) Also, there was some new herb crust to the chicken in the Land & Sea, which was unexpected and not particularly tasty. Usually, a manager comes by towards the end of the meal to ask how everything was. I would have told them all of the above, except no one ever came by. By the time I had to chase a manager to get the check, I wasn't in any mood to recount the above.
We did the Father's Day package and I understand that the menu was already set, but I don't understand why it was difficult to change the salad dressing. I don't like blue cheese and just asked for it to be substituted for any other dressing. Ultimately they brought me oil and vinegar, which was fine. Just had to ask multiple times to please check if the dressing could be changed or omitted all together. Aside from that, it was a great experience as usual and Sandra created a beautiful "Happy Father's Day" plate.
