The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

We waited over 30 minutes for our cocktails. First, we were told the bar was slammed, then we were told three times that our drinks were next on the list. The manager at last brought the drinks, apologized & didn't charge us but drinks were rushed and poorly made with little alcohol. Waitress told us at the end of our stay, that the bartender lost our drink order. Put a damper on a romantic evening and we didn't order another round because we were waiting on dessert by that time and afraid we wouldn't get our order before we left. We had reserved a Touch of Romance package and loved the experience - it did get extremely hot in our little nook with no air flow - just a minor thing.
For a first time experience, this was our 26th wedding anniversary. As the husband, I called and made reservations, which at that time I was offered a romantic experience for $17.00. To our surprise, this included rose petals spread on top of the table (really in the way while serving) and three tea lights (which also got in the way and added to the heat of the area we sat). Not very romantic, and expensive. To compound our less than positive experience, supposedly the restaurant's A/C was not working. We sat in a secluded corner-like booth, no air flow, and the air temperature was terrible for the 2.5 hours we dined. Add in candles, and heated pots, "we" sweated the entire time. Too uncomfortable, which became the biggest distraction from enjoying ourselves.
Again, I reiterate that Adam's beard was capital. I don't know what else to say except thank you and give that dude a raise. It was awesome. Along with the beard the food was good too.
The experience was amazing! Our server, Jacob, made it all the better. He thoroughly explained the steps along with the various foods, sauces, amd recommendations! He was both professional and friendly! Definitely worthy of a generous salary! The manager did stop by and made sure we were having an exceptional experience!
Emilee was AMAZING! She seriously couldn't have been more helpful! I loved the food and drink selections she made for us! And conversation was so easy and fun with her! One of the best waitresses I've ever had!
We waited a few minutes to even be seated after our reservation, and at that point it was a very long time before somebody came around to ask about drinks. The service was slow in general, we didn't get our water until 30 minutes after we were seated. I really did not think that was up to the standards of a restaurant such as the Melting Pot.
This was a great way to celebrate a birthday! The staff all wished me happy birthday and made my day very special.
Our waiter was very kind, informative, funny and well mannered definitely recommend him to everyone
Mitchell, our server made our night!
Ty was our server this evening. He is one of our favorite servers. He is always very attentive and remembers our various food preferences and dietary needs throughout the meal. We really appreciate that he goes above and beyond. The manager, Chummy, is always kind and stops by to say hello to us.
