    Servers attention seemed distracted. Wasn't given the garlic wine seasoning. I ordered the mojo cooking style but wasn't given it. Also, they ran out of 151 to flame the chocolate I ordered.
    As I mentioned, our server Eric was exceptional. So were the young people at the front desk, the young man who cleared each course from our table, and other servers who stopped in to make sure we had everything we needed (even though the restaurant was extremely busy). What a great venue! I made the reservation through Open Table and requested a somewhat secluded table; we were treated to a wonderful booth that gave us the privacy we needed to enjoy a delicious, giddy, giggly, languorous dinner together
    Please see my prior comments. It was clear that the server deliberately cut portion sizes, but charge for multiple full amounts. When we finally complained, she became angry and defensive. There was no manager or owner to speak with. The host provided a card for the proprietor. I will be in contact with the proprietor.
    The Melting Pot is easily my favorite restaurant. Even when my experience hasn't been the best the food more than makes up for it. I've only really ever had 1 bad experience at this particular location but the rest of the experiences have been amazing. The food quality always amazes me every time I go. And the fact that you guys let us sub things out makes me so happy. Also thanks a bunch for having the tables with chairs. I'm in a wheelchair and when I visit other locations it's been all booths so I'd have to sit in the aisle and be very much in the way. Out of all the locations, I've visited you guys have been the best by far. Thank you so much for being so accommodating. You have no idea how great it feels when you're not treated like an inconvenience. Also, thank you Ali for being a great waitress. We had a blast :)
    We had an absolutely terrible experience will not ever be returning. We had called in advance letting staff know that the coupon we had was expired and politely asking if it would still be honored, and were told very nicely that we could come in and they would still take said coupon. As we sat down we got wonderful service from our waiter and our appetizer course came quickly. As we were enjoying our meal, the manager Kelly approached us and asked for the coupon. We gave it To her and she returned a minute later with an incredibly rude and entitled attitude telling us that our coupon is extremely expired and we can not use it. The coupon had expired in 2014 and was lost for a long time which is why we had called and given the dates and was told by manager Maddie that it will still be valid. Kelly then begins to raise her voice at us yelling over my mom while my mom was trying to explain herself repeating over and over that it is just too far expired. My mom felt very belittled and I did as well while she was raising her voice and Reading us the fine print on the voucher then saying she will honor $25 of the $50 voucher. This is not what we were initially told and would not have driven out to this restaurant if it was the case. Kelly’s absence of professionalism is incredibly belittling and the way she approached the situation was very wrong. Yelling at your customers and embarrassing them in the middle of a restaurant is not the right Thing to do. We will never recommend or visit a Melting Pot restaurant again due to this horrible experience. I highly recommend that Kelly receive training in customer service because after our situation it is apparent that she is very unfit for her role. Thank you.
    I wish there was a full long table for large parties (we were 9) the division in the middle of table feels odd. I understand why it's there but it would be better if there was a large group room...
    Is there happy hour? If so I wish someone would have told me in my last couple of visits.
