The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

Victoria is our server and we always request her table since she always provides exceptional service. Her ability to pace our food and pay special attention to our preferences and needs are incredible. She is a role model for exemplary service.
Grant is an awesome waiter. We make a point to ask for him every time we come to Melting Pot. He is so helpful and friendly. He definitely adds to the whole dining experience. He is very knowledgeable of all the menu items and does a great job explaining everything.
I will recommend everyone come see Victoria, she was phenomenal!!!
Our waiter was awesome. He explained the menu in great detail. He made our experience fun and worthwhile. will request him the next time we visit!! Good job Jerome
The experience, as always, was wonderful. We enjoy the food, the fun way of cooking and enjoying the meal, the ambiance, and the friendly and knowledgeable servers. Everything about the Melting Pot is simply charming and delicious and it's our absolute favorite place to go out for a date night. The only area that could be improved is the cost. Because it is more expensive, we can't come as often as we'd like to. When you add up the cost of each portion, the Big Night Out's cost doesn't really save you much money. It would be more cost-effective for the BNO to be cheaper, giving a better deal to consumers while also giving the location more money than consumers picking only one or two courses. Also, why does the bourginonne cost more than the broth?
Adriann our server was just the best. She served us in a timely manner. She seem to appear with refills at the right moment. She never seemed to be hovering. Allowed to enjoy our meal.
Brandon was a fantastic server. He was knowledgable about everything from the wine and small plates to the chocolate course. We found him extremely helpful and a delight to interact with. He checked on us regularly without interrupting the conversation. He is the best server we've had in a long time from any restaurant!

Jordan was "spectacular". The chocolate fondue he prepared was amazing.
We had a wonderful evening at the Melting Pot today. Everything was so fresh and delicious, and presented so elegantly. Our waitress was brand new and took care of us perfectly. She was super nice, very attentive, very accommodating to our special requests, and attentive to our 6 year old son. (Super important to us. We have had previous servers here who acted as if our son was invisible including not acknowledging him, not even bringing him a plate or asking if he wanted something to drink). Our son absolutely loves the Melting Pot. He lights up when he hears us say we are going there. We have been coming to this Melting Pot since it moved to Huntersville and previously to the University location since 2003. (My husband proposed to me at the University location in 2009). Although it is now a 45min drive each way we still love it, and visit several times each year. My only suggestion or comment is regarding the premium filet mignon I picked for one option of my "create your own entree". Looking at it raw it had A LOT of fat on it and then it tasted tough and chewy, not tender like filet mignon should taste. (All that fat should be trimmed off considering it is classified as "premium filet mignon". We love the new addition of squash as an entree dipper. The pretzel bread is amazing and we are so happy it has stayed a staple. And, so happy the rice crispy treats have stayed a staple for dessert dippers and the broccoli and cauliflower for the cheese. The spinach artichoke cheese is amazing.
