The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

I can’t think of anyway to improve! The setting was perfect, food was well paced, and the staff was awesome!
I don't think anything could have been improved this time around. Staff were attentive and friendly. Food was fantastic and the deal given was well worth the drive.
One chocolate fondue dipping item tasted a little stale (pound cake), but overall experience was great!
Semia was amazing. Personable, yet professional, she took her time in explaining the various choices as well as the importance in proper cooking techniques. She also made sure to space out each course and not to hover over us between services. Dan, the store's owner, is always friendly and helpful and made sure to speak to us before we left to make sure we enjoyed our evening.
Michaela was an excellent server - very friendly, attentive and eager to please. Jamie stopped by our table to say hello - she is super friendly as always. *****
Brandon was our server and he was great! Very friendly, personable and he explained the process of how to do things very well to the 2 guests at our table who had never been to a Melting Pot before. He was attentive and able to joke around with us, he was fun. Not sure why the computer is stating "you could've done better". We have absolutely no complaints about our visit. We met the owner Dan as well, he was great. Very nice and welcoming. And he surprised us by explaining that a friend of ours called the restaurant, he relayed a special message to us and notified us that our friend had already paid for a large portion of our was such a great surprise and very unexpected!
This was a special "Daddy-and-daughters" linner (lunch/dinner) on New Year's Day while Mommy shopped with Grandma (her mother). We had great fun, but ate too much! That's okay! Everyone has to indulge every once and awhile! This new location for the Melting Pot is very nice; the decor is nice, and we love that the team "built" one of the wooden walls themselves! The food is great, and it is very nice to have a longer, lingering meal so as to be able to visit and enjoy family. THANK YOU!
I don't have any comments in this area. I thought the experience was very good -- It's rare that I will give excellent on a survey. The only other complaint I have was that the bathroom was not clean, but that has nothing to do with the food or the atmosphere.
We visit the Melting Pot every Christmas Eve as a family. We rotate between the Raleigh and Durham location. First, it would have been nice for the person who took our reservation to tell us you had moved since it was recent. Not a deal-breaker, but would have been a nice touch knowing what the bill was for 6 people. The food was excellent-- not one complaint. Our waiter was very nice, but not informative about the options or process at all. We had to ask a bunch of questions to jog our memory on how to order. We were seated in the bar area. Not the ambiance I was looking for on Christmas Eve, especially with the Simpson's playing on TV. Again, I don't mind an expensive dinner, but for that price, I expect ambiance. The wait between each course was excessive, and our table was not bussed as we ate. Needless to say, we had to ask for dishes to be taken away. It just was not the Christmas Eve at the Melting Pot that we have grown to love. Food was excellent, but everything else was disappointing.
    We always get excellent service.
