The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

Our waitress Kadeja was amazing, very attentive and explained everything to my sons who had never been before. They felt very comfortable with all of the instructions. Several other employees came over when our waitress was on a break and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. The manager was very nice and gracious when we spoke with him at the end of our experience.
See previous comments. Also amount of cheese fondue was doubled for 4 people versus 2, but chocolate fondue seemed like the same amount you get for 2 people.
White plains destination was easy to find, clean, friendly staff. Micky the receptionist was very accommodating on the location. The wait staff was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Julian was incredible, genuine, funny, he seemed to take a real interest in us as people. He felt like a friend and in my experience that's very rare for me to feel that comfortable with a restaurant staff member. He was very professional. Made great suggestions, and he made me want to visit again.
I LOVE the melting pot and we go frequently for Happy Hour which I commonly referred to as The Beat Deal In Town.Alan is our usual bartender and Greg and Tony and Shernice treat us like family!
We reserved a party for my daughter in February. The party had to be rescheduled because of snow. We had to reschedule again for the second time due to sickness. The managers and staff members are very kind and understanding. They accommodated our party needs and provided excellent experience. My daughter and her friends were very happy at the party.
We waited a very long time for water refills even after the server acknowledged our glasses being empty. The salads were brought whilst we were still attempting to enjoy our watery, and over-garliced cheese course. Our server continuously questioned my diatary restrictions, even though I had explained that I am a pescetarian numerous times. He then proceeded to talk down to me for the rest of the night. His name was Miguel. A different server brought the cooking liquid for our main course and Miguel brought the proteins about 30 minutes later. By the time he got to us, out mojo liquid had evaporated to half its original volume. By the end of the main course, we had to flip our food as it cooked as there wasn't even enough left to cover a cube of tuna. Miguel also neglected to mix our cookies and cream chocolate fondue for dessert. I had to do so myself. The staff also swept their carpeted floor near us while we were attempting to eat our chocolate fondue, getting dust and such from the floor up into the air and in our chocolate and on the items we were dipping. This rendered our dessert un-edible.
