The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

Upon arrival, one of our guests noticed a large cockroach underneath one of the tables in the room we were dining in. It was a really poor impression not to mention disgusting and several guests did not want to continue to dine there. The staff addressed the issue by cleaning the area however this did little to ease both my guests and my own concern about the cleanliness of the facility and the food we were eating. I expected that an offer would have been made to compensate us somehow in our final bill however this was not even offered. For these reasons, I am very hesitant to return to this location of the Melting Pot.
See previous statement - no improvements needed
Our server, literally said she loved us! lol We were no rookies to the melting pot, so we made her night an eay one by knowing exaclt what we wanted, and cook times and just making us feel comfortable. We like to try and celebrate something when we come to the melting pot, but when she asked if we were celebrating anything, we just smiled and said, nope, just hungry. She had a good laugh at that.
The entire team at melting pot white plains were super friendly
Please offer specials or discounts or something!! My friend and I paid $90 on cheese alone. And I never seen to get anything from dip rewards.
Jared was amazing. He was super helpful, friendly, and laughed along with us. The manager allowed us to play our music for our bachelorette party and made the MOST PERFECT comment after the bride to be said something. We could not have asked for better service. It was PERFECT. THANK YOU!
As i said under food and drink that is very impt for a family, less money and less food, we would come back more. I made a reservation for the waterfall room and then your hostess just gave it away. Put us at a table that was way too crowded. I didnt appreciate that, but didnt want to make a stink in front of my guests. LOVE the tv screen with the announcements on it, my girl scouts loved it.
It was wonderful, as usual. I recommended hard-frozen ice cream balls for dessert dipping.
A laminated sheet with cooking times and perhaps what can be dipped in what sauce. Would save the waiters a lot of time as well (won't have to do all the explaining).
The only thing I can recommend would to be to bring back the "Big Night Out" monthly specials. I really enjoyed coming and trying all the new different options. It kept me guessing what was next and was a great way to try out some new type of cheeses! Also maybe offer free wifi, or post the guest password. The White Plains location is below ground so there is not service. How can we share our snapchats and instagram posts of the amazing food otherwise!
