The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

While our food and service were excellent, I found the prices somewhat high for what we received. I rated the value as fair because of this.
The only thing we noticed was that you did not have blue moon beer on your menu. Other than that we were very happy with the selections.
It was a busy night. We hadn't been there in a year and the menu had changed a little bit. Our server was very patient as we asked our questions (some picky eaters with no entrée quite up to their desire). There was some lag time between the courses, but nothing really long. Plus I recommend that when main courses are brought out, new forks are also brought out. Our napkins had two regular forks and fondue forks. When we were done with our cheese course, the server took my fork that I used, most likely because it was on my cheese plate. When I finished my salad, she also took that fork. After I realized that I didn't have any other forks for our entree, I asked her for a new fork. She acknowledged my request, but never returned until towards the end of our dinner to ask about our chocolate choices. By that time I was just using the fondue fork as a regular fork.
Our waitress explained everything perfectly and came by frequently to see if we needed anything. The manager came by to see if everything was OK
The atmosphere was exceptionally quiet and the décor relatively new as compared to other Melting Pot restaurants we have visited. The staff was typically exceptional; our server was very personal, pleasant and efficient. Although this was an exceptionally busy day and time period for the staff, everything was handled with expertise and efficiency; we did not feel rushed nor were we ignored. MOST EXCELLENT experience that we hope to repeat often in the very near future and include our friends.
I think that there should've been an option without alcohol, or wine. I know it dissolves and gives flavor, but the cheese that I got was awful. It reeked of an alcoholic aroma and tasted tangy like cleaning products; not that I'd know what it'd taste like. Everything else was amazing and a burst of new experiences. I love the hands-on part of the eating and it was definitely a moment of my life that I won't forget easily.
Everyone was extremely professional and personable. Maureen was extremely friendly and helpful w tips on specific food styles
The land & sea has chicken, why? It surf and turf with chicken. Not very creative. The combinations just seem odd to me. The price is also at a premium for food that is cooked at the table. Last thing is, the website has a timer. Great if you have a smartphone. There should really be a device at each table to time our meats and vegetables. This was a nuisance to my older parents.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly!
We had added an artisanal plate to our cheese fondue and did not receive the plate until much of the cheese was already eaten. Again, the staff were very nice and apologized. We are aware that the Melting Pot is not fast food, but when you come with children it is very noticeable when the food takes a while in getting to you.
