I did not make any special requests for this occasion so I was highly excited to have been seated in a private booth as was my wife, only to find out that they were not as private as I thought. About a quarter of the way through our courses a family was seated in the next booth over. We over heard the woman explain to her waiter that on their previous visit there was a family yelling screaming and cursing and that they meal was to be taken care of on their next visit. The waiter apologized and the night carried on. As we are almost done with our main course we notice the same lady who complained about her last visit starting to become very loud. The night goes on with her getting louder yelling at her son and asking ( sorry for the language ahead) whose " *****, *****, and ***** is that?" She kept repeating over the next 20 minutes. I find it a bit ironic that you are hear eating a FREE meal because of the experience you had when you and now being that experience for others. The worst part of it was no owner or manager ever came and asked them to quiet down and to not use that language AND the waiter went along with it and joined their conversation. I should also mention he was our waiter as well AND this special occasion was Mother's Day.
It took 3hrs from start to finish. This was my 2nd time but it was the first time for my guests at Ladies Night. And by the time we were done we were tried bc it all took 3hrs. Took to long in between the courses. Sitting that long was a lot.
The entree portion of the dining is over priced for the quality given. If it was priced lower for the cheese and chocolate portions I would go more often.
The General Manager Alex was so kind, smart, funny and Mexican
Honestly everything was great! I couldn't really say much to improve on, I guess the ONLY thing is I wish there were more stalls in the ladies room. But that has nothing to do with my server or food Or bussing staff.
The only thing that needed improvement was that the server mix the cheese first and then we had to wait for the dipping vegetables. The same with the desert. The chocolate was mixed and we had to wait for the desert to come out. Usually they bring those things out before. Same with the dipping sauces for the main meal. We were cooking our food and we're waiting for the dipping sauces to come out.
Very satisfied, this was an anniversary dinner for us. For this particular establishment, no improvements needed in my opinion. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and the food was fantastic!
Waitress was fabulous. Assistance staff was super friendly. Manager stopped by to say hello and assist as well. It's always a pleasant experience and I'm never let down in any aspect, even on the busiest nights.
