The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

We arrived at 12:30 pm for dessert and the restaurant was EMPTY. No one else was there. None the less, they seated our party right next to the kitchen where we proceeded to hear the staff complain loudly about their jobs and co-workers (I feel bad for Amelia). It was a very poor experience. Also, the carpet was worn (which I can understand) but also dirty. The seats were likewise in somewhat poor condition. I consider this restaurant chain and a night out here to be a luxury. Nothing in our experience seemed like a treat. Quality of food, upkeep of restaurant, etc. had all suffered from prior experiences. I went from being excited to being sadly disappointed.
Benjamin was very friendly and helpful
The Brie and Bacon cheese was AMAZING!! Our waiter was great, friendly, and very easy to talk to. He was very helpful with helping us make a food selection. The chocolate was to die for. We enjoyed our mom and daughters girls night out. We will for sure be back.
Adam was very friendly, when he came over we were quickly helped with drinks and things like that. After that we ordered the kind of chocolate we wanted and he kept an eye on us without coming our every 10 seconds, it was a very good experience and Adam did his job very well, great guy.
The start was poor, we waited 20min before a wait staff approached us after asking the hostess to find someone to wait on us. But all was made right after thsr
We waited for a table even though it wasn't busy and we had a reservation. The table was in a crowded, back room. The booth was tiny and awkwardly shaped. The place was not crowded at all we could have been easily seated elsewhere. The menu I was given was dirty and sticky with chocolate. Fortunately, the service was great and the food amazing.
It was such a good evening out it's hard to improve but of course the price could always be a lower.
The cost for the entrees was too high for what you received. The cheese fondue was good, as was the dessert. If we return, we will likely only order the cheese and chocolate fondue and just skip the entrees.
    Benjamin could not have better!
I went with some friends and we had a great time! It reminded me of the first time I had Sushi or Korean BBQ because both experiences tasted awesome and were a fun, adventurous, and exotic way to eat. I left feeling like I had eaten a whole Thanksgiving meal--so full!
