The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

The food & service were excellent. The food was very filling. We enjoyed everything! It was very relaxing.
There isn't really much I would change, if anything.
This was our first time to The Melting Pot and we were really nervous once we first looked at the menu. Emma our wonderful server put us at ease right off and didn't make us feel like we were idiots, she thoroughly explained things down on our level. The meal was nicely paced and Emma explained every detail for each coarse. There were 6 of us and she had us cracking up when explaining things.
I am a huge fan of the Melting Pot and have been there many times. I noticed this visit was different. We seemed to have many people waiting on us throughout the night rather than just one waitress. Our "main" waitress was very nice and informative, but I would guess we also had at least 5 other people that waited on us at one time or another through the night and our drinks still went empty at one point for at least 15 minutes. Our chocolate menu was also dropped off with a lapse of time of probably over 10 minutes before someone (not our waitress) returned to take our chocolate order.
We arrived at 5:00 on a Tuesday when the restaurant opened (without a reservation) and were told to wait in the lounge. We were not told what we were waiting on or how long. It was about 15 minutes which was fine, but it would have been nice to have been told an estimated wait time.
Walking in and seeing my daughter Birthday wish on the screen, than the balloons, chocolate were fantastic! The signed card was exceptionally thoughtful. It made her 18th Birthday and first time very memorable.
Excellent! We were celebrating a birthday and every member of the staff wished the person a very happy birthday! The manager came over and greeted us asking if we needed anything to complete our meal. The servers were fantastic and very accommodating to all our needs. Fantastic dining experience!
Adam was nice, he was training a new person when we came in. I have been to Melting Pot before and I figured that it would take about 2 hours to complete the meal. However, this time it took 3 hours. I am not sure if this is because he was training a new person or if it's normally this slow but 3 hours was too long. It took very long in between courses, at least 25 min between the cheese and the salad and then another 25 min after the salad to get our main course. I also asked for a new fork because I accidentally touched my eating fork to some raw meat. While Adam wasn't mean, he wouldn't bring me a new fork and just told me to sanitize it in the fondue pot that was boiling to cook our meat. I understand that I could do that.. but I would have just simply liked a new fork.
Lauren was amazing. She showed a table of six how to dine at the Melting Pot. Kyle manager was able to fit us in.
Emma was our server and she made the evening very enjoyable. She was attentive to us and our needs. We were there celebrating a birthday and were very pleased with the additional birthday package we purchased. My daughter was very surprised and pleased with the balloons, card, and chocolate wafers she received. The atmosphere of the Melting Pot overall is very nice.
