The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The answered our questions about the different cheeses and which ones would be best according to our tastes. Great experience overall! They were hospitable and engaged with us.
Marcus was very knowledgeable and very friendly.
Always a nice evening eating here.
My only complaint is the air temperature and I'm sure there's many out there who would prefer it to be cooler so that's not something I expect to be changed on my account.
Kylie was our server last night, and she stated last night was her first night on the floor by herself. This adorable server was spot on all night. Since we were new to the Melting Pot, she literally had to explain everything to us. She made the entire Melting Pot experience really fun and educational. Thank you so much Kylie for a great night.
Maybe have smaller pots to provide more options for diners to have different cheeses.
Everything would be great. More fruit in the dessert
We did enjoy our time at the Melting Pot, but somethings did not go as well as they were expected to. My significant other called ahead to make reservations two weeks in advance, yet when we arrived we were told we did not have a reservation. The process was a little frustrating, but once a manager arrived she was very helpful and got us in as close to our reservation time as she could. We appreciated her efforts as we overheard that the reservation book had been completely full for the night. My significant other was a little upset because while making reservations he ordered chocolate covered strawberries for the table. He mentioned at the host stand that he had requested that once the host told him they couldn't find the reservation. But the strawberries were never brought over. At the end of the meal he asked again for them, and we just took them to enjoy at home later. They were delicious! However, he was just disappointed that the surprise had been spoiled. Our server, Ryan, seemed like a nice guy, but unfortunately he really did not want to be working any longer. He never smiled at us, and it felt after a while like we were the ones trying to make his experience more enjoyable. We felt bad because I'm sure he was tired, but we didn't enjoy feeling like a burden- especially when we knew we were going to tip well regardless. Ryan didn't give us much of a greeting, an explanation, or any recommendations. As this was our first time visiting the Melting Pot, we had many questions and felt quite uneducated on how it was all supposed to work. He was nice in that he complemented my outfit and told us a little about his girlfriend, which was sweet to get to know him a little better. However, he then went on to only complain all evening about how he'd been working every day for the past two weeks and how he was exhausted, sick of it, and ready to be done. We had to ask for refills, and as the courses progressed, he became quite absent. We did appreciate that at the end of our meal the manager stopped back over and said hello. She was friendly and made us smile. Overall, we loved the food and our time together, we were just pretty disappointed with how unorganized and unwelcoming our experience was.
It was a great experience. The food was awesome. We did have to wait a little bit for our food, and did get a frozen cream puff. But overall it was a great experience.
Marcus was awesome. He took the time to talk to me about the menu. He was very friendly and we where able to joke around and carry on a conversation. He was professional and very kind and took care of us. I will be looking for him the next time I come in here
