The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

Great place to celebrate special occasions. We enjoy coming here for romantic dinners as well as special family gatherings.
The waitress appeared to have either too many tables or was a novice. We asked for no marshmallows with our chocolate fondue, but she included marshmallows anyway. She also took too long to bring our check even though she was aware we were short on time. Another staff member had to cash out our bill.
It was our anniversary and love the new letter.
    Great experience!
Hannah our waitress was excellent. She was friendly, engaging, enthusiastic and knew her menu very well. She made our dining experience even better!!
Main issue was that we were there on a Tuesday night. The restaurant is clearly not busy, yet the speed of the service was consistently slow. We do not know if it was kitchen or server related so I will not comment further. We had reservation for 6:45 PM and we did not get our first course of cheese going until almost 7:20 PM. This set off a domino effect for all items after that. Because we live on the west side, we had to cut our dinner short and forgo dessert until a possible future visit which disappointed my wife. It was our anniversary and the first and I hope the only time we have to do that. We are thankful the dessert voucher, but it is only valid Monday thru Thursday which are harder days to find childcare, particularly during school. We are not ones to complain about restaurant service, but when you are given a check for $127 for dinner and a couple drinks, you expect things to be more organized. Again, we do not know the cause, but the night was definitely not like past visits.
    Waiter was slow
Our server, Ryan (with a few tattoos), was especially helpful and friendly. He was able to explain everything about the different courses and was knowledgeable on gluten free options and substitutes. I decided to take my partner to The Melting Pot after searching for restaurants in the Castleton area that offered a gluten free menu.
It was explained to us how to cook everything. I just didn't cook my food correctly, making the meat tough and chewy. The cheese fondue and the chocolate fondue were perfect, amazing. It was just the cooking of the food. And it always takes 2-3 hours to get through dinner. I don't usually like to sit that long to eat.
We were the first table of the night, so it was quiet and cozy. Our server Destinee was sweet, understanding of our needs and was fun. The hostess was nice too, and said she’d be sure we remembered our birthday chocolate covered strawberries before we left. Lol
