The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

It was nice having the manager greet us at our table to,chat a bit. Waitress was very knowledgeable and really new how to,connect with customers. The building itself was very clean and calming and I liked that I didnt have to see other people eating. Made our anniversary night out a little more intimate!
The waitresses were very very nice. They went above and beyond during our dining experience. The owner was so accommodating and very friendly. We will definitely be back. We wish we lived closer. Our family travels over 100 miles to come and enjoy the food. It is so worth it!!
The food and drink was excellent in all aspects. We are Gluten free and the server was very accommodating. The atmosphere was excellent as well however the lighting was rather dim, after our vision adjusted to the lighting the mood of the lighting was good. Fondue was excellent as we have come to expect from this establishment. We love The Melting Pot and will return as often as our budget allows. Thank you again for a wonderful dining experience.
Children running around unsupervised. "Birthday parties" for children under the age of 11 years should have strict parental supervision if they are allowed at all. Two adults taking care of 5 preteens usually doesn't work, at least for the other guests of the restaurant. Our last visit, we sat next to a table of high school girls. They screamed and sang throughout the meal. The adults were sitting in a separate room away from the inappropriate behavior.
Did that in the last comment
We were seated in one of the private two-person person rooms. It was nice to be secluded (as we were on a date), but it was incredibly dark in the room. Luckily, we didn't have any eye-sight issues so the darkness was more of a nuisance than an actual issue. Also, with the rooms being so small and close together, we were able to hear all of the quiet (and sometimes even whispered) conversations from surrounding rooms. I understand that no one can guarantee complete privacy but there were groups surrounding us who were loud and distracting from our experience. Overall, the experience was great and we will absolutely return.
It was our anniversary. Please put us in a room with curtain or away from other annoying customers. The person I had to listen to at the table close to us made me want to ram my head through the wall.
I know the meal is highly server involved but if the prices were just a bit less I would be able to come more often. Like I said earlier I would have liked more vegetables available for the main entrée. Also it was just a bit dark to read the menu. However my friends and I had a wonderful evening together.
It was practically perfect. Our server, Lindsay, kept our drinks filled which can be a challenge sometimes. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back.
Per person portion sizes are too big. We had three people and shared two entrees and left the restaurant quite full and satisfied.
