The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

We were here for almost 3 hours. Seemed too long
Mike the server, suggested that we get the surf and turf selection but exchange the shrimp, because my friend is allergic to shell fish, and I prefer filet. we got the pork in the exchange ad it was a perfect evening!
Gideon, the Manager, was exceptional. I had two tables. My daughter and her 4 friends at one and another with two of us. He visited both tables and even helped and personally made fun and creative virgin cocktails for the 5 fifteen year old girls.
The whole night was wonderful. Two of us had been before and two hadn't. Amanda was awesome. She explained the entire menu and was able to answer every question we had. The food was so delicious and we were so full by the time we left. Amanda was great on refilling our drinks and very personable. Will definitely be back soon for some great fondue.
We did not have a reservation. Staff worked hard at getting us a seat. Our server Kenneth was excellent.
Jackie was so friendly and nice! She made wonderful recommendations and just made our experience memorable!
Drink refills were very poor. Had to ask sometimes more than one person to get it done. At this type of restaurant I expect my glass to never run dry unless I ask for it to do so. Timeliness of the courses was too long. Excuses ranged from ingredients ran out to other hard to believe nonsense. Ambient lighting was so low we both had to use our cell phones to read the menu. After asking three times the lights were raised barely. We waited way too long for the check after everything was finished. And to top it all off the bill for two adults and one child, with no alcohol was $161 without tip. Frankly, this is just a ridiculous tab for a relatively small amount of food. I do realize that the experience is part of the cost, but due to the things mentioned above, that was very poor at best.
This starts out with a complaint but our whole night got turned around and The Melting Pot, our server, and Jen Nerivig in particular, really jumped through some hoops for us! My friend and I picked this date to dine for the free movie tickets. Somewhere between the reservation, confirmation phone call, and showing up for dinner, there was a miscommunication. There wasn't a highchair and the hostess didn't know where to seat us comfortably because she said there were not notes stating we requested one even though I reiterated this during the confirmation call. On top of that we didn't get marked for movie tickets (I also inquired about this through the confirmation phone call). Jen, the general manager, tried several different way of getting us tickets. When nothing worked out she did not give up, she ended up purchasing a giftcard on amazon to be sent to her e-mail printed it out for us. The communication between our server and Jen, as well as Jen's outside thinking and persistence really turned around our unfortunate reservation miscommunication! Thank you!!!
Very slow service. Having waited 20 minutes for a table, even though we had a reservation. Nobody came for another 10 minutes, not even to bring water. Our table had a dirty fondu pot on it which we ended up having to ask for a clean one. After we ordered the waitress hastily stirred or cheese and left. We mixed it ourselves and finished melting it. Our drinks came with broken straws. Main entree was delicious! The entree is why I gave 2 stars, otherwise I would wish I could give 0. When desert came the waitress again hastily stirred the chocolate and walked away. It was barely room temperature and the marshmallow in it was not melted. I had to turn up the heat on the table and wait for the chocolate to warm. We love Melting Pot but will not return to this location. Will drive further where the service is better.
Jake was fantastic, one of the best servers we have had at any restaurant. We were also checked on by a manager multiple times
