Katy was an attentive, caring and friendly server. Mike Ruffalo the owner came by a couple of times to make sure that we were experiencing a lovely meal. Excellent customer service.
Our waiter Brian was excellent!! The General Manager Scott made the experience so wonderful!! Everyone was so attentive!!
Dan who worked in the bar, Linda the manager and Mike the owner made it a great dining experience. I eat here often and it is the staff as well as the quality of the food that keeps me coming back. Time and time again Linda has proven herself as an excellent server and now a manager. The owner Mike is very nice and represents the franchise well.
The experience was amazing, the lighting was dimed nicely to give a calm atmosphere for guests. The meals had great taste. The only complaints that i have are that the food ws rushed out to me, i was eatting the cheese, just got it not that long ago, and the salads were given to me. The other would be thay i recieved my entree with out veggies and half way through they were given because i asked to waiter for a spoon to get anpiece of meatbout of the pot. Overall it was great.
It was almost a 3 hour meal.... that's ridiculous!!!!!!!
Katie, our server, was such a pleasure to talk to. Excellent. Manager was friendly and approachable. We dined here for our anniversary and we were wished a happy one by every member of the staff who assisted us. Just a very pleasant atmosphere and an excellent staff. Seriously, Katie rocked

Service was friendly and punctual. Mikey did an excellent job at making the evening enjoyable.
We had made reservations and were specific about wanting a table with chairs. At the time we made the reservations we were told everything was set. When we arrived and were called to be seated we were led to a booth, as if the hostess didn't properly read our reservation, we had to go back to the go back and be reseated.
My husband and I have been going to Melting Pot to celebrate special occasions for years. For our anniversary this year my husband, without my knowledge, purchased an additional romance package that was supposed to give us a private, rose petal covered table and a bottle of wine. We arrived and were, not in a prompt fashion, seated in a normal table which was actually next to the entrance to the kitchen. I could immediately see in my husbands eyes that something was wrong. I asked and he said nothing. Our server finally came to our table and my husband mentioned something about a romance package and the server left. A few minutes later the server came back and said sorry, we say you at the wrong table. So we were moved to the table that my husband had paid for. The surprise of the special addition my husband added was completely ruined and we ended up spending the evening talking about how this could happen instead of enjoying each others company. During the dinner my husband went to the server station and asked what he could do to make sure something like this doesn't happen again and their response was simply, sorry. Later in the meal a manager came around and we asked the same question and we were given the same response. We chose on this occasion to be polite and not demand or try to even make the littlest of scenes in the restaurant hoping someone on staff could see the blunder that was made. At this point, the Melting Pot is not on our list of restaurants to go back to. In the future I hope you can ensure your staff is more aware of situations like this
