The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

Overall our experience at The Melting Pot was excellent. The "World Championship" specialty cheese lived up to its name and was, in my opinion, the best of the four courses. The various meats and dipping sauces were all very good. The salad was small, which was ok considering the overall amount of food, but was ultimately boring. The only major issue was the failure to provide a box of chocolate strawberries, which had been called for in advance of our reservation. This, however, was made up for by a deduction on the check.
Our waitress was excellent kind friendly
Amazing food, server, and very presentable manager.
our server, Thomas, was the cat's meow, he was a pleasure beyond measure, he is the one that made the experience so delightful. Thomas was cheerful, answered all questions, gave feedback, checked on us to make sure everything was alright throughout the entire meal but he was not too much in our face. Thomas has a good balance of when to check on us and when not to.
Food was priced a bit high for what we got. It was a pretty cool experience, however. We'll be back sometime. It is just too expensive to be a regular place.
Our waitress was phenomenal, the standard to which all others should be based.
The only person we saw was the server and 2 young ladies that kept our tea/ice water filled. Very friendly staff. I do not recall the manager coming my, however, it would not have mattered. The staff had everything under control. The ice tea and water glasses were never empty for more than 2 minutes. That means a ton when it comes to service.
We enjoy the experience. We come every year around Valentine's Day. I purchased gift certificates to share the experience with others.
The only thing that was contrary was my food items kept falling off my fondue skewer. The first time visit for me and my neighbor was tasty, fun and positive. We can't wait to return. We both liked the friendliness and informative service we got from our waitress. We both had a good time.Thank you.
I forget who our server was, but she was awesome in helping us talk through what we wanted for the main course(settled on the tried and true Mojo), and the dessert(Chocolate Toffee!). She has been there almost as long as we have been going, and she helped make the night wonderful with her easy smile and personable attitude/personality. I believe her name was Vicki(Sounds right, maybe?).
