The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

The server seemed overwhelmed, the restaurant was way too hot so needed more air and the batters were not up to the standard we are used to
With 1 adult and 2 kids I paid over $80. And we went specifically on Easter to donate to Children's Hospital and it was never mentioned and I was going to ask, but when I left no one was around. My kids kept seeing Easter eggs being passed out and I just had to get them out of there. It's just way too expensive. And I had to eat everything since my kids didn't.
My Yelp! review: This is my go to Melting Pot location in the Atlanta area. The restaurant has always been clean and the staff friendly. I went last night for the all you care to eat Cheese and Chocolate event. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to select any cheese option I wanted, and chose the Fiesta Cheese which is made with aged cheddar, Emmenthaler, beer, house-made salsa and jalapeño. I was surprised that my waitress did not bring the jalapeños on the side to add based on my tastes like they used to. I was also disappointed that no tortilla chips were served with the cheese, which as always been a staple. Upon ordering a refill of the cheese I asked my waitress about it and she said she would check. She did bring me a bowl of tortilla chips with the cheese refill, but they were all broken and not of a size that could be dipped in the cheese fondue, so I just set them aside. I was also surprised that they now sever all the vegetables and sliced apples in one bowl. I really liked it much better when the apples came separate as I would set them aside to use as a dipper with the Chocolate course. I really enjoy dipping the carrots and cauliflower in the cheese, but it did not seem as though there were as many provided as in the past (but that could be that some folks were not using them and it became wasteful). I also noticed that the tables were not being cleaned very quickly after quests had left. Not a big deal, but something different from what I've experienced here before. All in all it was a nice evening with a promotion that I hope they repeat.
Inform your wait staff of the special menu before their shift starts because it's pretty bad to a first time customer to know the menu and not the waitress.
I believe it is important to remember that most who are visiting the Melting Pot are looking for a special experience. It is not always the food that is important, but the overall experience. If a patron is willing to spend extra money for an even more memorable experience, the staff should also make the extra effort.
Our server didn’t really explain much to us. He went over cook times but other servers in the past have gone into much more detail.
Zari made our second anniversary very special!
    Zari was AMAZING
Serevive was better than expected. We were done in less than 2hrs
All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the aspects of The Melting Pot. We are veterans of the chain coming from the home town of Tampa, FL. We have been coming to Melting Pots for over 25 years. We are trying to go to ones that we haven't been to before.
