The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

I would suggest an increase in the portions. We were satisfied, but could have used a little more.
The experience was fantastic. It is a little overwhelming the first time you visit, and my wife and I had trouble choosing what to order since we were not familiar with your system. Once our server explained it to us, it helped us make a choice. It is, however, a bit overwhelming to read through at first.
The server could've kept his hands off of our food.
I was surprised at how expensive the evening was. Would be a fun Girl's Night Out, but I don't think my husband will be back. He was appreciative of the craft beer selection. I enjoyed the cocktail selection, but did not like the signature cocktail - the lemon berry mojito. I tried the pomegranate cosmo and was much happier.
I think the wait staff was excellent, but the hostess did not seem to know how to use the computer system. Our waitress Tina was excellent and helpful.
Now, I've been to the Melting Pot a lot, ranging from 2008 to no, and Ben provided some of the best service I've ever had at the restaurant. From being more informative than any previous waiter, to being attentive even with the arrival of a large party seated next to us, to providing insightful conversation. We were both very happy with what I'd call one of our best Melting Pot experiences ever.

We were a little confused by the menu and our server had to visit our table more than once to help us understand it.
I gathered 3 friends to go out for Girls Night Out- $25 for dinner out, plus drinks. Sounds great. It was never explained that the Coq Ov Vin was extra, let alone extra per person. The server could not explain how the drink flights worked or what was in them. She told us that the chocolate fondue was available to us at $5 because a few at my table ordered the wine flights. Yet, we were all charged $8 per person on the bill. Our bills were all much larger than expected. A disappointment for sure.
The place was busy so wait times were long between courses and it took a long time to get the check which had us charged for complimentary anniversary strawberries so we had to wait to get that corrected. It took over 30 minutes to check out after we were done eating. We live an hour away so it got us home later than we thought was reasonable.
