Kaeller did a great job mixing our cheeses. He didn't know exactly every ingredient but he was very personable and kind. We liked him a lot.
I think the nutritional information was helpful, but could be printed in bold print to stand out more. I did not notice it at first. Overall, we felt the portions and calorie levels fit in with our weight loss goals. For those with specific nutritional needs, adding a more detailed separate document may be helpful for carb level, etc.
All i really wanted to say is that for a pretentious and overpriced snack I would have loved it if the wait staff could have been more tactful about not interrupting. I've been a waiter and bus for 6 years, I just have a more refined perception of when to not intrude on a discussion my table is having. Just being picky, I know, but it really bothered me that every time, and I kept track, every single time she came up to ask us something she would just walk up and callously start talking instead of walking up and waiting for a pause to speak. Just kind of an air of complacency to the wait staff and host staff.
When special nights are planned such as the "all you can eat" night last night, more servers should be on the floor which wasn't done last night causing the wait staff to have way too many tables causing service to be very slow.
The only complaint we had is that it wasn't clear from ordering from the set menu (cheese, entrees, then dessert) that the entree meats were also going to be dipped in something. In other words, when picking the broth, it wasn't clear what we were going to do with that broth at first (given we had never been to the melting pot). Other than that, the staff was fantastically friendly and helpful, they gave us more vegetables and bread whenever we asked, they accommodated our bachelorette party without any problem, and answered all of the questions we had. It was a great experience and I am looking forward to going back.
When I made the reservations they asked if there was a special occasion, I told them it was my birthday but nothing was done so I do not know why that question was asked.
Christina was awesome! She was entertaining and thorough. Explained everything to us and made sure we had a wonderful time. As a former server / bartender, I feel she is a wonderful example of how customer service should be. The manager, Jason, definitely raised the bar (literally and figuratively-the drinks he made were prefect and yummy). He was running the bar when we walked in (and I'm pretty sure I saw him in and out of the kitchen too). Gave us a few recommendations (that were delicious) and even made my friends anniversary that much more special. This is the second melting pot I've ever been to and this will probably be the only one I will ever go to again. We love the staff and everyone is so friendly there. Definitely felt like they care. :) I can't wait to go back!
    Everything was perfect!
Jennifer was super friendly and made sure that the food was great and just how we wanted it to be. She offered tips and tricks for the entree and chocolate that made the evening wonderful for us. Paul was friendly as always and came by multiple times to check on us.
The menu was confusing and a little overwhelming. I would suggest making it more of a step by step process, separating the experience and the individual options. Also no need to have all of the drinks on the back side. I didn't even know that those were there until the end of the menu process.
