The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

Trevor seated us himself, which was great and made a point to chat a bit and let us know who our server would be. Rawan was beyond phenomenal! She was very knowledgeable and made sure to make us feel special. Her recommendations were on point and we loved them! The staff was very attentive and made sure we always had a drink in front of us, and moved the courses along great! Seriously such a great experience!
It wasn't very busy but it took too long for return trips from the server for drinks and sauces and extra requests like more bread. We come once a year as a family to celebrate either our wedding anniversary or spring break. Our daughters get dressed up and consider it a fine dining experience for a 13 year old and 8 year old. They love it. Of course you already know it's overpriced - not sure why the kids have to be charged for cheese and chocolate when it's the same amount the adults already ordered and paid for - that's the deterrent we have in recommending this place to others and for returning more than once a year. Melting Pot is simply a place you go ONCE a YEAR, it's not welcoming/inviting/affordable to return more, which we would love to, nor is it conveniently located. It's nearly an hour drive one way (from Brandon to Tampa)
Our server was very friendly and had an outstanding attitude
Honestly not impressed with the new cooking elements. They are very noisy and that is a distraction from the "experience" of the Melting Pot. The table we sat at was an "L" shaped table. The pot was difficult to reach from the outside seat, the corner was sharp so we couldn't sit right next to each other either. We were disappointed that the couples selection(Big Night Out) was no longer on the menu as well. Melting Pot has always been a special experience for us, an escape. Unfortunately this time was not quite up to par. The server was great, food tasty as always, but the other issues detracted from the overall experience.

Better description on the menu. It used to be there now it has changed and renamed
Our server was new, which she let us know. She just needs a little more time. I asked for the wine and garlic seasoning and she said there weren't any in the kitchen. I expressed it was my favorite for my salad. My husband and I didn't want to start our salads until we got some. It was a few minut s before she realized we were still waiting and took some a nearby table. The restaurant was going thru remodeling.. some of the music was really strange and it was very loud.
Added a little bit more chocolate to the dessert portion of the meal. We also thought that the price was per pot but we saw that it was per person, because it wasn't specified. The chocolate was nice and hot though so overall not much to complain about honestly. It was a good experience.
I don't think there is anything else more you could do to make it perfect. It was a great experience and the desert is amazing.
Our server had trouble turning on the burners, appeared to be having issues with being sick or allergies (she kept wiping her nose with her sleeve and sniffling). We could never find her when we needed her. She never refilled our glasses of water. She brought us the wrong chocolate fondue. We ordered the turtle dessert fondue and she brought Graham crackers instead of nuts. It was fixed but disappointing.
