The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

nothing could be improved! we were very satisfied with our meal!
We always have a great time! The only thing we could think that would make the dining experience better would be gluten-free croutons! The options are wonderful with lots of variety to suit everyone's tastes. We can indulge and still know we are eating many nutritious foods. We love the Melting Pot experience!
Our server was awesome and did a great job explaining everthing to us and made us feel very welcomed. The manager was great as well when she visited our table. Our favorite part would be the "search & rescue" spoon.
Mike- our server- was very helpfulwith describing the different courses and in adjusting the courses to fit the needs of myself and guest. we chose to add the cheese fondue and the dessert, but changed our minds to a 2 portion cheese and skip the dessert. Mike was most helpful in arranging that the manager stopped by and offered to help if we needed anything. oh, and the manaager,Charlie was most helpful when she called to confirm the reservation.
Skyler, our server, was the best and most attentive I've ever seen! Charlie, the manager, was so friendly and helpful. Tracy, the hostess was a delight. The bartender, Lisa, was unforgettable! The whole experience could not have went any smoother. We were seated in a very private table and that didn't stop the employees from walking all the way back there to double and triple check on us. Outstanding service!
Have thr host perhaps do better. My kids were able to pick up on her body language. Which indicated we were perhaps getting on her nerves.
I have no constructive criticisms - every bit of our experience was fantastic. We were there on a date night, we specially chose this restaurant because I am a celiac and the website and other reviewers showed that there would be options for me. I was greatly impressed by the huge selection. For our main course, we tried multiple items, and truly enjoyed our experience as a couple. It can take a while (we were there for almost 3 hours) but without our kids on a date night, it was a truly exceptional experience. My only suggestion is for families with rambunctious kids to be mindful of how their children would affect the dining experience of other guests - that is not a criticism for the restaurant itself - but we were out celebrating our anniversary and a family was placed directly next to us with loud/bouncy children...
I don't know of how to improve what is already a great place.
Dylan, our waiter, had a fun, witty personality and provided great service.
The price is the only thing that keeps us from coming back more often. We love the food and drinks, but $100 for two people is too much for a regular date night.
