The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

Riley was absolutely amazing. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. He made our experience a memorable one. We will definitely returning.
Overall I cannot express how disappointed I was, specifically due to the value you get for your money at The Melting Pot. Before I begin my rant, let me tell you that I don't consider myself frugal, I have been known to spend $300 for lunches and more for dinners. However, this was the first time I can ever remember leaving a restaurant, not just upset but actually leaving in a bad mood. I felt like I was literally ripped off, I would suggest you rename your restaurant chain to "Nickle and Dime" because that's how you are treating your customers. First of all, the portions are beyond small, I literally left The Melting Pot and stopped off at another restaurant to get something to eat elsewhere. I was that hungry when I left. It would be a stretch to call your portions entrees, they barely qualify as appetizers. The salad I ordered for $5.95 was smaller than a side salad at a fast food restaurant. Then the club soda I ordered, which many restaurants don't charge for, charged for it and for refills as well, which in today's world is almost unheard of. Then to top it off, you actually charge for the broth that you are supposed to cook the food in!! the more I write about this, the more flabbergasted I am. Lastly, $21.95 for a "kids meal", really...$21.95?? It is safe to say that there is no chance that I will every return to The Melting Pot, and although I am not going to go on a social media crusade to put your restaurant down, I can assure you I will let anyone that ever asks me about my dining experience at The Melting Pot, exactly how I feel.. The fact that I am sitting here writing this feedback at 11:00 at night might tell you how incredibly upset I am. How can this be fixed? Easy, don't nickle and dime your customers and serve real portions. I don't mind paying $25-$30 for an entree, as long as I am actually receiving an entree.
Tonnell (Tony) was the perfect server for our table. Humor was mixed with excellent service and patience for our girls night out. Please thank him for the great night and service!
Our waiter Gorge, made our anniversary very special. He was attentive , friendly & even sang to us before the dessert course. When we were first seated, we were given a greeting card! We felt very special
The only thing I would recommend to be improved was the location of our seat, we were right next to the bathroom and the kitchen and hearing the servers constantly call out "corner" "right behind" did take away from the atmosphere, I also noticed the time in between the courses did take a little bit but over all it was a great experience
Andrea was great! Very attentive and super friendly!
Jackie was super informative, attentive, and had really great recommendations. She made us these incredible strawberry lemonades even though it wasn't a menu option. Definitely one of the best waitresses we've ever had! Debbie made sure everything was going well at our table. We had no complaints at all.
Tony, our server, made this a fun sister had never been to melting pot...she was over the top with the flaming chocolate...and Tony fed right into her excitement. His atentivness and happy spirit really made for a wonderful time...we tipped him well...he truly earned it. On entering AND leaving this establishment we felt welcomed and treated like family/someone very special ...manager
Our waiter was very engaging and had an awesome sense of humor, really made us laugh and laughed with us.
I must admit the hostess seemed a little cold at first but she stopped by during the meal and made us laugh and seemed to be in a better mood. The server was incredibly kind and never failed to make us laugh. He was amazing at doing his job and did not make many mistakes. The meal was impeccable and I couldn't expect anything more. For improving perhaps the servers could slow down in their descriptions of what we are eating. It was incredibly difficult to follow his explanations and we were a little confused throughout the meal. But overall we are extremely satisfied.
