The staff was very attentive. They made sure everything was prefect and that the food was to our liking.
Everything about melting pot was great! Everyone was friendly and attentive! Especially our server Stacy!!
From the time we entered the door, we had excellent service. We were 30 minutes late because of traffic on the bridge and we called and the staff said it is okay just be safe. I was positive we would have to reschedule but that was not the case. We had a party of 11 and Beth did an incredible job staying on top of it. We never had an empty glass nor did we have to ask for anything. It was like clockwork. The assistant manager made a few visits to the table making sure we were impressed with the service. Lucinda, the manager even had strawberries on the table
Cheese course--no changes/recommendations Salad course--no changes/recommendations Main course (Mojo Style no changes/recommendations Chocolate: Everytime we enjoy Melting Pot we ask our server to leave the disgusting marshmallows off our desert tray but the kitchen has them prepared already. We'd like more fruit and less of everything else. I'm sure there are some weird people out there that enjoy marshmallows so to take them off the plate entirely probably isnt' the answer. However, I'd like to see the servers have more say in the plating. We like the new plates you're using now as opposed to a few years ago. Would rather see the desert plating brought back to how it used to be. But this is really all personal preferences.
Nothing outstanding to make the night memorable
I would just suggest to make the time quicker when getting additional entrees for the all you can eat.
For first time diners you should suggest less food.
The host seated us quite promptly, and we were seated at a nice large table for our party of seven. Our waiter, Trevor, came to our table and took our dessert and drink order in a timely manner. He was continuously making sure we were pleased and that we were in no need of anything.
The owner and our server were very nice and helpful. The atmosphere was romantic and perfect and private. We loved it so much.
Price is a little expensive generally. We got the fathers day all you can eat and it was a better deal than most other menu items
