The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

Everyone was very helpful and polite.
Not as much Grissel in the filet.
As I said in my prior comment, the waiter I had was "on point". Very friendly, professional and answered all our questions without hesitation.
Our server did not come to take our order until about 30 minutes after we were seated.
Me and my sister enjoyed a dinner together on the evening in question. We had a four course meals with a bottle of wine. The wine was enjoyable, and the cheese fondue was good as well. Unfortunately my "tangy" mustard dressing was incredibly sweet and drowning the house salad, which can be described as limp iceberg lettuce leaves with a chopped egg on top. Next was the entree, which to me seemed a bit lack luster. I understand the desire to continue to use the melting pot theme throughout the meal, but simmering a selection of items left a lot to be desired in terms of flavor that the overwhelming options of sauces simply couldn't make up for. If there were some prepared entree or small plate options available from the kitchen, this mostly likely would have a better turn out that would further satisfy me. It really was the cooking method that left much to be desired. After was of course the dessert. Which was simply fantastic, fits perfectly with the theme of the restaurant, and you couldn't drag a complaint out of me if you tried. All in all I had a great experience at the melting pot, from food to service, though I will only return for drinks, cheese, and dessert and will steer clear of all salad and entree options.
The only thing I notice was that the waiting time between the entree and the main course was a little long. First time.
Meal felt a bit rushed, but at times we were left waiting
It was all good. Really enjoyed the night with my kids.
Ed (our server) was gracious, informative and kind. We had our 3 year old with us and she loved it - her favorite color is red and Ed made sure she had red skewers. It was a special night (my nephew is off to boot camp for the Army) and the experience was wonderful, a step up from just going out to dinner.
It is expensive. Would be nice if was not as pricey.
