    Prepare food freshly and donnot over-season.
    I think overall it was worth the money! The dessert course didn't come with enough things to dip however our server brought us more at no cost. I also wish the entree came with a side dish.
    The prices are very expensive..if you offered more specials with lower pricing I feel I would definitely go more often
    Food was excellent but service was rushed. Next course was brought out before finishing current course. Also was given check without asking. One other negative is there was a hair in one of our uncooked steak pieces. Told manager and they brought more steak.
    It was busy (I guess). We had a reservation and we're seated on time. Our waiter was okay, he did not visit our table nearly as much as the other waiters were visiting their tables around us. We did have to wait quite some time to order drinks after our entree was served because the waiter didn't come back..after some time another person came to our table and helped us and took our drink order. After the chocolate fondue was brought over he brought our check and that was it. I had to bring our club fondue card back up to the front because he took our check and credit card before I could get the club fondue card put (nor did he ask if I had one or explain the program to us-which had happened everyother time we visited). Overall the food was good but the service could have been better. Especially since we spent $350
    We interacted with the manager, hostess and our Waitress (Nikki or Nicki). The manager didn't come to our table but I marked he did because he gave us an incredibly warm and professional welcome when we arrived and I more than count that interaction as fulfilling that task for our family. Aside from being friendly, he was so while managing - getting things done. Seems like an excellent manager. The hostess was very personal and related to having come from the Albany location and near where I attended school so we all talked about that. Importantly she demonstrated that she read about the comments I posted in my original Open Table request and she addressed them perfectly. She was very friendly. Our fondue expert was awesome. I'm sorry I referred to her as a waitress earlier and it won't let me change it without deleting everything else. She was extremely knowledgeable, confident, perfectly attentive (checked in just at the right moments and didn't annoy us with asking how we were doing too much), she brought things to us after requested very quickly and I'm sure she was busy as it was. Relating back to the Albany reference, my kids (10 & 8) had taken part in their Junior Fondue Expert offering and had brought their Melting Pot aprons. They were told whenever they return to Albany they should bring them And help the expert. I had inquired in my request if tht was done here - while I did not receive a response before our arrival, the hostess said you'd of course do that and it wouldn't be a problem - she addressed it on her own and was great about it. Nikki was so great with the kids - I wanted to try and help cause I was afraid they'd make a mess haha but she had not only better patience and coaching skills with it but also the results in working with the kids were far better than what I would have done had I interrupted. She was great and the kids who are normally shy started opening up to her at the end.
    Our server Rachel was AMAZING. When we were seated we were told Mario would be our server, after 20 minutes of him not coming to table, Rachel took it upon herself to come over and get us started. Food and service were great, the only issue was that our server never came to take care of us. We loved Rachel and appreciate that she took us on, while still maintaining her other tables, she was great.

    There was not one wrong note struck during our evening so I'd be hard pressed to think of anything that needed improvement.
    We had a wonderful night. Our waitress was entertaining, engaging and helpful. Even after a small misunderstanding about cocktail drinks, it was fixed and continued to be a very happy experience. We were visited by the manager to double check how we were doing. I continue to never have a bad experience and will continue to recommend the melting pot!
