The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

The server was very kind and amazing. The food was great and the cheese fondue was delicious. I'm very thankful our server was able to mix dark chocolate with milk chocolate in order to make a perfect mix for my mom and I.
Ashlwy did an incredible job of teaching and explaining to me and my date what each ingredient did and why it was in thr course. She was amazingly positive and patient and made for one of the best nights of my life.
We could never thank Ashley and the manager who’s name I did not get enough. We were in town for a surgery and trying to make the best of it by celebrating our anniversary 2 days late. The surprised us at the end of the meal by taking care of our bill and I still can’t stop crying for the generosity! We will drive the extra hour to come to this location every single time now!
    Rola was awesome
The food and drinks are always top notch! Kay is definitely our go to server every time we visit, she makes the night!!!!
Again, the food was mediocre and I understand that most of what you are paying for at the Melting Pot is the dining experience. The value is definitely not there, but as a family experience, it can be fun. Service was good and really no issues. Hostesses were very friendly, especially Mackenzie(I believe was her name).
While waiting to be seated we were at the bar wanting a pre dinner drink, it took a very long time to get acknowledged and then was told that they couldn't take drink orders because the system was down. I have worked in the service industry as a bartender and have never heard this excuse before for a lack of service.
-Right away the waiter was unfriendly to my 6 year old niece, and that set us off on the wrong note from the start. -Waiter then took entree order and began to leave the table and we had to call him back to order drinks and salads. Weird that this wasn't the first thing offered -Salad and cheese were serve almost on top of each other so that we were reaching to dip across our salads, we had to ask for silverware and fondue forks -Drinks never came until we finally had to remind another waiter to find out what happened to them, they were then served after the cheese course and with only 3 of us at the table and the child getting chocolate milk he still managed to serve the 2 remaining drinks to the wrong people. Also even though drinks were clearly late and messed up no charge was removed. -It seemed that everything we asked about was an up-charge. -Between finishing our meal and dessert nothing was wiped down and things were left on the table like edamame shells and wine salt. It was a mess! And I've been to Melting Pot many times and never had this kind of experience. Also the waiter never asked if we wanted coffee or other after dinner drinks, and when I called him back to order one he said "ok but I'll have to go all the way down stairs".
The old menu design was more intuitive
    Salad could of been fresh.
