Patrick really made the experience a fun one! He was informative, he talked to us and told us fun stories about the place. He made us feel welcomed and he always refreshed our veggies and Apple plates when we needed more as well as the dessert plates. He was an amazing waiter.
There must have been some mix ups between different people because it took a long time for the only child at the table to get her drink, also one of the adult drinks was messed up as well. We were told one thing about the special then the manage came and said it was wrong. I feel like there were too many people in the process so too much error happened.
Chris O was super energetic and so pleasant!! He was still smiling even after a long day and made us feel so welcome!!! I always love spending my birthday at the melting pot and this year was no different!! It's been 12 years annually and I will never stop coming back! It was also my friend's first time and I bet I won't have to twist her arm to have her join me again! Thanks to Chris O for making it a great bday
Kelsey our waitress was very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. She was very helpful since it was our first time at The Melting Pot. She gave us a glass of complimentary champagne with dessert which was unexpected and very sweet.
We very much enjoyed our evening. The food was excellent and Chad was a great waiter.
Had free picture taken and presented by staff and Dana knew the menu very well
I had just come back from Vancouver BC, where the seafood is fresh. Needless to say I'm a little high maintenance when it comes to the quality of my fish and shrimp....
Our entire group was really very happy with the experience and we will definitely come again. We looked at doing the fund raiser for police officers, but I wanted a bottle of Cabernet and that was only offered with the most expensive option. The menu was a little confusing but our waiter answered all of our questions. More wines by the glass in the $9-$10 range would be nice. All in all, these suggestions are very small things. We had a lovely time.
Our server Peter G and assistant Erik rushed us literally from the minute we sat down. It was so strange that we got our water and cheese before we even got our bar drinks, and then the salads were brought out when we were less than halfway through the cheese. Now I could understand if we were there very late, but 7:15 is normal dinner time so they shouldn't have been in a rush. I can't tell you how many times Erik and Peter tried to take our plates, WHILE WE WERE STILL EATING. Like they were taking our fondue forks and trying to take our plates with food still on them while we were chewing. I have been coming to this specific Melting Pot (and numerous other locations throughout the country) for well over 2 decades, and this service BAFFLED me! I have never felt so uncomfortable or treated so strangely at what I consider to be a mig-high price range restaurant. I go to the Meltin Pot specifically for the experience and service, and I expect better from them! We make fondue at home once a week, so when we go out, it's because we want to be treated, This was a dissapointment for us big time!
