The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

Meghan was so friendly and very helpful.
The service was exceptional. Clear explanations of food items and sauces that could be combined with certain types of food. The server would check in to make sure everything was going well.
the night was great and the food was just as great as was the service
We enjoy the Melting Pot and will likely be back, but we did not enjoy our visit as much as we typically do this time around. Our seating was not in a desired location for having reserved a table 2 weeks in advance. As mentioned in the previous box, the dippers for the cheese and chocolate fondue were not as fresh as we remember them being and there was not as good of a variety as we recall. The bread seemed slightly stale. The drinks were very good, however, we had to wait quite a while to receive them both times we had ordered.
Our waitress was extremely nice, she made small talk with us and made us feel very welcome. She was very informative and made recommendations that turned out amazing. Kaylyn made the dining experience top notch! I would recommend this melting pot to everyone, the service makes for a special night!
Better vegetarian taste and the server (not Grabriel) that brought our second bottle of wine was unable to uncork the wine. At one point she had it on the floor trying to get the cork out. She ended up taking the bottle away for a bit to remove the cork. Also, when you have a reservation it does not seem right to sit in the waiting area for 15+ minutes for a table. For the price range of our dinner ($180.00 ish for 2 people) we expected a little more professionalism. That being said we did enjoy our server (Gabriel) the atmosphere, our salads, the wine, the dessert.
We had a reservation right at noon. We drove from out of town and ended up there ten minutes early. When we walked up the door was unlocked so we thought it was open and went in. The hostess acted a little inconvenienced and made us feel a little like we should not have been there. She was not rude just made it obvious we we're too early. I had to ask if I could wait in the waiting area. Maybe just keep the door locked or guide customers to the waiting area. We knew we were early and didnt mind waiting ten minutes.
First off I would like to say that the manager on duty was very caring about my wifes nut allergy she made sure that we didn't get any of the nuts that my wife was allergic too and our server Curtis was so friendly and accommodating too all of our needs he was informative on the meau we will be returning again
Our server was excellent, very knowledgeable and personable. All the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
I was/we were very happy with the entire experience. Cannot think of anything that could have been done better.
