The food was great, the service was not, for the price we paid the server was inattentive and got our order wrong. When we sat down, we were greeted by a woman who let us know that they didnt know where our waiter was and he finally showed up, took our order without a pen or paper, then proceeded to get my mother's order wrong. On top of that, we had to practically beg to get refills of water and were left waiting so long for our food that the wine/oil that we were supposed to cook our food in was 50% evaporated by the time we actually got our items. On top of that you had a drunk woman yelling antisemetic slurs at the bar, we were tired of waiting for our waiter to charge our cards. Overall, I am very upset with this experience. I should've paid about $80-90 for the total food and service but instead I paid $250 for a subpar dining experience. I appreciate the manager calling and leaving a message to try and find out what went wrong but I was beyond disgusted with the quality of service.
It's always different when we come in service wise but me as well as my wife having been in good service in the past we completely understand how it goes and for that everything's usually perfect. Tonight was a great night and there really wasn't anything that could have made it better.
Kimberly is always wonderful. Very friendly and informative. It was her suggestion to try the mojo cooking style.
The staff was great. Our server happily answered the many questions we had, as it was our first time. The suggestions given were great.
Everything took forever to get to the table. Asked for lemons, no lemons. Asked for garlic/wine seasoning, no seasoning. Our waitress was MIA (missing in action). the staff was all around us taking care of their tables. Our server was totally absent. The only thing that was fast was our check... then she took another 10 minutes to pick that up. No Manager came by to see how things were going either. It's a shame when you dine out for a special occasion spending $60-$70 per plate and a Manager is not coming around asking how your experience is. Total lack of service. You guys really need to step it up. And no, I don't need a free meal or come back and ask for so and so and we'll take care of you next time either. Just want Management or in this case, Ownership to be aware of the lack of service in their business.
Already answered this in the previous section.
I honestly believe it's a tad pricer than it needs to be. I wasn't aware I had ordered two cheese fondues as I assumed it was in the price with the 4 course meal, however, it was late and we needed to head on home, so I didn't bring it up with our server.
The experience and the food overall was very good. Unfortunately I always suffer sticker shock with final bill. Would like to have more of a selection of dipping vegetables and meats which increase value as would feel like we're not just eating bread and cheese.
Too much time between courses; if food wasn't ready maybe offer to refill cheese. Dessert menu was dropped off but nothing recommended or explained to start that course next.
Improve on service & the waiters
