We came here for our 11th wedding anniversary, the hostes seated us right away but our waiter had no clue what he was doing. He was unable to help us with the menu and afier we ordered our food we waited for an hour before we left. We checked with the hostes and paid our cocktail bill which the manager took care of half the bill. We loved this in the past but now I would not recommend it anyone but maybe my enime enemy enemy enemy.
from the crappy hostess chewing gum greeting us and being fairly rude to the waiter who will be "Right back" and made us wait for 20 minutes at a time the whole experience SUCKED. you need to do better. completely dissatisfied.
The waitress we had was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING (Mimi in San Mateo), would go back based off of her service. The menu is slightly confusing with a lot going on, so something to explain the difference between a la carte and the four course meal simply would improve the menu a lot.
Consider getting fresher veggies and better fondue ingredients. Also seating was torn and worn
Serve fresh food - fresh vegetables, fresh bread, tell your servers to limit their conversations - each time our server came over it was at least a 10 - 20 minute conversation on things that did not relate to us at all. We heard a lot about his personal life which made it hard to get an answer to our questions. Make sure your servers focus on serving so your guest do not get lemon squeezed onto them, fondue broth spilled/splashed on them.
Poor experience overall. Ordered drinks (a bottle of wine and soft drinks), despite being seated right next to the bar and watching the bartender do other chores, we did not get drinks for at least a half hour after ordered. A different bottle of wine was brought than the one we ordered. Bartender left, no soft drinks delivered. Finally my husband had to walk to the bar himself and get them. Server seemed confused by any questions we had (He had no idea about the wines for example and said "I'm not a wine guy.") No food came until we had been sitting for OVER AN HOUR. Cheese course was good, but when meat was delivered, one of the pots failed to heat so it was not cooking. Waiter did not return, and everyone else disappeared. Finally asked a server who walked by and she "had no idea" how to fix it, she too disappeared for a long time. By the time it was fixed, no one was hungry. Overall we were there for 2 hours and 45 minutes- just WAY too long.

our reservation was at 8 and we got sat after that.....we know it takes some time to eat so that was a bummer --- but the rest of the night was awesome
