Janice was an awesome server, we will come back and request for her. Very friendly and knowledgeable, down to earth and welcoming. She made our date night experience worth it! Thank you Janice! :)
Alexa was a great server. She was energetic, funny and took extremely good care of us. She explained the process clearly and precisely. The manager also came and spoke with us and was very cordial. It was a very delightful experience.
    Everything was excellent!
Food quality was not good. Price was too high for the food quality. The prices charged would have been okay, if the food quality was better. The cheese fondue was very good. The rest of the menu left a lot to be desired. I could get better at a Chili's Restaurant or an Applebee's Restaurant. It was very disappointing. Sadly, I will not visit another The Melting Pot Fondue Restaurant after this experience.
The food was wonderful. Our only thing that we wished had been different was, since we had never been there, we did not realize that we would be getting raw meat for our entree. That was not explained to us by the server. So when one of us ordered the Coq au vin, we did not realize that both of us would have to use that to cook our meat. I thought I would be getting the regular vegetable-based broth and had ordered salmon, but we only got one pot of the Coq au vin, so I had to cook my salmon in that... which was fine, but would not have been my first choice. Also, I wish I did not order the "romantic roses" for $19.99. That was not really worth the cost to just have rose petals on the table. I did appreciate, though, that even though mai tai was not on the cocktail list, our server asked the bartender if they could make one for me, which they did, and it was delicious. We enjoyed the entire experience and food! We hope to come back again someday.
Lonny was our waiter. He has been the nicest waiter we've had since coming to this location. We had a few kids with us and he was super accommodating to our group. Thank you for doing an awesome job.
The staff was wonderful from our server Lonny to the manager coming to check on our meal every person on the staff was cordial and kind and friendly weather they only poured our water or came and checked on us multiple times. All of our questions were answered with more than just knowledge but with opinions that were pertinent and helpful.
Lonny is an amazing server. He connected with us really well. He explained everything on the menu and answered our questions with absolute knowledge. He is an amazing person to talk to and described everything that he was doing when he was making our fondue. He is wonderful!!
    He was awesome!
