The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

Eddy was fantastic. He helped and explained each step to us and gave great recommendations. He gave us plates with pictures on it to surprise us and he made the whole night better. He did a awesome job and we look forward to seeing him again!
Cierra made sure to explain the whole process to us first timers. And again when we kinda needed the extra nudge. Awesome service!
Lonny was a great waiter. He was very personable and attentive. He worked very well with our 8-year-old daughter and made her experience memorable. He also invited her to a special children's class they have for making fondue. She is excited to attend the class in the future. Our family had a blast cooking our own meat and every morsel we put into our mouths was nothing less than excellent!
The waiter was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable and super friendly...he couldn't have been better! The manager Dee was also outstanding! She stopped by twice. We gushed about how beautiful the decor was in this historic building and she graciously offered us a quick 5 minute tour! Amazing how wonderful the customer service was! The one thing I thought was not a good value is the "cooking" broth upgrade. $7 to add some spices to a complimentary broth is expensive--all broth choices should just be included in the 4-course price.
My fiance had never been before so we decided to go randomly. We were Andreas' last table of the night and she was perfect. The manager was also very attentive and helped us whenever we needed it! We will defiantly be back to dine with you guys again!
The overall night was phenomenal! As a first timer to the melting pot, everything exceeded my expectations! The waiter was extremely informative and answered every question we had with extensive detail and even made her own suggestions which all turned out to be excellent choices. The manager was also very friendly and helpful when he came over and checked on how we were doing. No complaints.
My daughter and I had a wonderful time. It was our first and Jay was super friendly and helpful. Great food. Great service!
Everyone was exceptional! Food, staff... I felt really special and unique. Thank you for the amazing service. I'll definitely come back!!!
Our server was great. Everyone who stopped by the table was friendly. The cocktails were mediocre. The wine glasses weren't clean. We experienced a long delay from the salad course to the main course. The presentation in all courses was lacking for the price. It was a nice meal and a nice night but for $200 for a couple, without high priced wine, I expect a level of service, cleanliness, experience, and presentation similar to what I would have received at a steakhouse. We did not get that this time.
The kids menu was lacking. I really want the kids to be able to have a kids fondu. So maybe mom and dad can have their own and order more adult flavor of cheese.
